My first time flying a drone was with the Mavic, and it was way easier to control than I thought. The video quality is amazing and I was very impressed with the distance and response when flying! Can’t go wrong with it!

Easy to set up and also pretty easy to fly. Camera is great!

I saw my boss buying one and the videos he had taken the photos were phenomenal, so i bought one with my bonus from work, at first i was apprehensive about it since its $999 dollar before taxes, but once i flew it out I was amazed on how stable its was for a drone its size and the picture quality is stunning! of course you have to calibrate everything before flight and check the aircraft as if its a real plane. also DJI's Comprehensive insurance, gives me confidence that when push comes to shove they can help me, as long as its within policy. my final tip is common sense, try not to be complacent with its collision avoidance, they help a lot but entirely not foolproof so be on the look out for obstacles and try to fly in a clear airspace. also it has a blackbox so yeah.

I bought this drone after reading a lot of reviews and visiting people who had it already. I already owned the Phantom 3 and wanted something smaller with more features. I travel for for a living and I took the drone with me this week to Amarillo and filmed the Cadillac Ranch from the air. Love that it’s small enough to carry anywhere.

If you are looking for a drone that you can bring with you anywhere (not fly everywhere), this is the one for you. The portability on this thing is phenomenal. It folds up so small that you can fit it in a lunch bag, or even your pocket!. The video quality is absolutely stunning. There are many hands on review on YouTube to see how wonderful this little drone is, so I recommend you take a look at those videos to further guide you on drone shopping. The only thing that I find a little funky about the drone is the focus feature. A lot of Mavic Pro owners including me have suffered from soft spots occurring on our video. There are a few methods on getting around this, but it still would have been nice if DJI got this problem solved after the first batch sold.

it is the standard for all consumer based small drones in the market small , sturdy, excellent quality pics and videos. great motors, not much i can ask for the price point. Do get another battery if you buy one.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and I love it. Super easy to fly, awesome added features with the Follow Me, Point of Interest, and various other modes. Keep finding more great things about it. Showed it to two friends who flew it for just a few minutes and each ordered one for themselves. The Fly More package is worth the extra bucks for the batteries, charger and case. I highly recommend purchasing a Polarizing Lens as well as black shroud to replace the clear lens globe cover due to lens reflection in the clear one. I also picked up some leg extensions and Propeller/Joystick Locks to keep things from spinning. I'm getting at a minimum 23 minutes of fly time. I honestly can't say how long I've had it up at once, because the time passes so quickly.

The DJI mavic pro IS exactly what they claim. It’s compact and very easy to fly and use. I bought the package with extra battery’s and accessories. I recommend you do the same . Fly time is about 20 minutes a battery which goes by quick when having fun. So extra batteries are a must have. Only issue I’ve had was the camera got out of whack and wouldn’t center forward. It kept facing the drone. But I turned it all off and started up again and it worked fine. Another time it wouldn’t focus. Same thing killed power and powered up and all is fine. Over all it’s a great drone and great for a beginner or an experienced operator. It folds up and fits about anywhere. I am glad I chose it over the phantom4 or another drone.

This is my third drone. I have to say this is the best one yet. Only downside is size. Wind speed is more critical. Aside form that easy to plug and play. Awesome video and camera capabilities. Great features to boot.

I do like this drone very much! It operates as advertised. I did not have any trouble setting it up! I must say though that you do have to read the manual and watch the videos. Some things you can do without reading the manual. This item is not the one. I did buy the "Fly More Combo" and am glad that I did! It is a cost saver.

compact size and really go Camara easy to fly and ship

The Mavic Pro is an easy to use, stable, aircraft. The stability is amazing and the ease of use makes flying a drone an experience to be excited about. This being my first drone, set up was challenging (don't even bother with the little book filled with tiny print), just go straight to Youtube and get all the info you'll need to get the Mavic set up, calibrated and in the air. The bag is a little on the small side and won't hold everything, so I purchased one with more space for storing everything in one location, but still use the smaller one for excursions when I don't need everything with me. Love this thing. The only thing I'm disappointed with is not waiting one more month until the Air came out - but love the Mavic!

tough to make the call between this and the Mavic Air. They are both great drones but I do think the Pro remains a little more stable in the air and puts out a better image. Still folds up small!

Very good camera quality and easy to travel with this

It was my second drone purchase after my Phantom 3. The Mavic Pro is very easy to travel around with way better camera and a lot more features than the P3. Highly recommended for an advance drone pilots
