This product included 3 spare batteries, carrying case & spare rotor blades. Overall, this is very easy to use out of the box. Minimal assembly. Instructions are easy to follow. On line tutorials are optional. I recommend viewing them. They are short & well done. The drone is robust. I snagged it in a tree, got it out & had no damage whatever. I flew it right away & had no operational issues.

Overall a great drone for outdoor enthusiasts, and entry level users. Easy to use and learn. Good user community support if you do have any issues. Pros -Super easy to carry around and transport -Great video quality -Easy to set-up Cons -Have to remember to tap screen to focus. -Digital zoom instead of optical zoom Recommendations -Extra Batteries for extended flight. -A bigger SD card for more footage.

The Mavic Pro is an awesome drone to travel with mainly because of its size and setup time. The only thing I didn’t like about the Mavic Pro is the mechanical shutter. Most novice video/film makers wouldn’t notice the problem. Sometime the footage has a rolling shutter effect. The reason I like this one over the Mavic Air is the RF controller. The Mavic Air uses WiFi with the remote so near big cities you won’t get to fly nearly as far as the mavic Pro will take you. I’ve tested both the mavic pro and air side by side and the mavic pro went way farther than the air. Kinda sad considering the pro is two years older than the air but still flys farther. Looking forward to the Mavic Pro 2 coming out this summer or fall.

The continuous upgrades each year that get more and more amazing. The size of the drone shrinks each year without loss of tech or features. Each year they add features and amaze! By far my most favorite of the DJI drones I have owned. Still haven't used all of the features but pretty much out of the box flight. Would recommend to advanced and beginners drone pilots. Next purchase will be the FPV goggles!

A fly more combo is offered only online. I tried to order some of the items in store, and the associates could not get them. The drone is amazing however, intimidating with all the features, but easy to fly and take video. Even has an editor that adds music. I haven't lost or crashed mine yet. I did buy the protection package through DJI. I was not made aware of this at Best Buy. I found it on dji site.

I love this drone... as the title says, it literally can fly itself. Not happy with the case that comes with the comb... the extra batteries help extend fly time

First drone. I bought it to travel Europe and it’s been great. due to how easy it is to fly I’ve even let little kids fly it and they love it! Highly recommend!

It is very easy to use. I could fly it right after set up and app installed in my cell phone. I either flied it inside a small room for the first time flight.

This Drone is the bomb! It’s self sufficient and user friendly. It’s simply plug and play like a professional. I bought a second for my 70 year old father!

Over all this drone from DJI is on point with everything it says it can do. The distance you can fly is remarkable. The quality of pictures and videos are very nice. The controls fasciliate your use that you'd have to be completely distracted to really crash it. You get distorted shots here and there but nothing the following ones can't fix. Looking forward to DJI's future products indeed.

This is a remarkable drone. We took it to Alaska and it did a remarkable job. Easy to use - high level performance. I also use it for my business as well.

Easy to use, quick to unbox. Hard to find something to improve on except maybe the battery life but again, this will only improve with new DJI products.

This is by far the best drone I've ever owned, all others were just kids toys compared to this real "Grownup toy". So many features and modes I haven't even been able to explore them all yet, I do wish it came in more colors but it's OK. The picture and video quality are exceptional and so steady you'd swear it was on a tripod. I know it's pricey but well worth it, no doubt about it.

It was a gift for my husband he was very excited about it today looking forward to having a drone has a good camera on it. Very please with the purchase

I have been waiting to get my hands on. Results are as expected and i would recommend it to any one. Pictures so go and the curve learning is over now.
