This is my favorite filming tool hands down. It has so many modes that can assist you with anything. The remote control is comfortable and easy to control. It also allows you to customize the button functions. The size of the drone is awesome because it's easy to carry even on hikes. Also makes it easy to hide and keep safe.

The best drone on the market right now for serious filmmakers! The most portable! Very nice fast stabled flight, easy to control. Must have thing. Only one negative about the product since I had Phantom 2 and 4 DJI has the worst customer service and customer care ever so Strongly not recommended any extra care to buy with...

This is the next best thing to getting your pilot's license. I am fortunate enough to have lots of areas to fly around my home, and I get at least one flight in a day most days. I love how beautiful the video and pictures turn out. It's not a toy, but I feel like a kid on Christmas when I turn it on and take off into the sky.

This is amazing drone for being portable but highly recamend getting the care refresh within 48 of registering it atleast for water protection I mine already fell into a creek but managed to work right before I decided to mail it back. Highly recommend if you want a nice drone that's easy to take hiking and anywhere on the go.

Fast, easy, full of features! Definitely worth the money. Recommend watching altitude when in sport mode as it turns off the collision avoidance which works well. Also highly recommend purchasing DJI Care Refresh insurance within 48 hours of purchase. Also, new hard cases on market that might be better than the combo soft case.

This drone is great but the quality could be better. If you are a first time drone buyer this is a great option. I'm a freelance filmer and youtuber, and I choose this drone at the end of the day because of the size. If I had no budget and no limit to what I could take on a plane then I would take a Phantom 4 Pro all day.

Best drone I've had very easy to fly and great camera

I purchased the Mavic Pro after returning the GoPro Karma Drone. I had a hard time getting over the PTSD I acquired during my ownership of the Karma. I am so happy with the Mavic and would recommend it to anyone. I am learning new techniques and settings everyday, and I have total faith in this drone. Go buy one now!!!!!

Easy to fly out of the box. Great camera and camera features. Great flight time. Only con so far is I wish the controller would hold a phone with a case on it.

I got this strictly to be a steady smooth indoor video camera. Since I live in NYC it's illegal to fly a drone ANYWHERE outside, even for a selfie. They do claim that the Mavic works great inside. I saw some videos where people used it inside. I followed the quick start guide closely, cleared out any obstacles and placed my Mavic in the center of my living room. Once everything was ready I hit the take off button. Immediately it starts beeping, Obstacle, Obstacle. So I decided to land it right away however it won't land. I literally move everything out of the way and it has about 6 feet all around clear. It still won't land. Then it slowly starts to drift to the left so I start freaking out even more. I am desperately Googling how to Catch it or put it into Tripod mode. Since it was slowly drifting towards my wall mirror, I tried to just grab it and it resisted and flew up higher. I had not used the remote yet to try to go left, right, straight or backwards since it was not in tripod mode. However it's getting close to my wall so I gently tapped the controller and it wildly ran into another wall and crashed on the floor. My propellers were all dinged up and it hit the wall and floor pretty hard. Lastly, out of curiosity I looked at the footage. It was regular indoor lighting, two lamps, a TV was on, my iMac was on, it was daytime so there was some light coming in through my curtains. The footage was very grainy so even if it did fly like a charm I don't think the footage would have been good enough and we would have needed a lot of extra lights. I returned it within 3 hours of opening it. Perhaps something was wrong with mine because it was drifting to the left but I can't risk taking something like this into someone else's property. I'm giving it a 3 because I bet it's amazing outside but if you want it solely for indoor use, you might want to wait for the next DJI "world's smartest camera" drone. :D

I've only had the chance to fly the drone once but based on my experience so far this drone is very good for begginers and very easy to set up and use. The Mavic appears to be very well built and sturdy. I would definitely recomend this drone. I would also recommend getting the fly more package over the base package.

I got this to start a new hobby and to learn something new. This drone has provided me with the most amazing experiences in videography. It gives you views you cannot get without having drone of course but it also has such great video quality as well as being packed with high end tech! This drone is a beast!

Great drone. Two things I do not like. I cannot take the camera off the drone and use it for other purpose. I dont like that I need to use a phone or tablet to control the drone. I wish the controller had a built in screen like my Karma's controller.

this is my first drone and its real simple to fly with the dji go app works best on iphone and i heard android dji go app crashes alot but i havent had that problem with the apple side great for a first time owner stacks up vs the P4 wroth every penny

THE MAVIC PRO IS GREAT I'D RECOMMEND IT FOR BEGINNERS AND ADVANCED ALIKE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE APPS (DJI GO 4 & LITCHI) SOME MOBILE DEVICES ARE NOT COMPADABLE AND SOME ARE VERY FINICKY EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ON THE USER FRIENDLY LIST..I HAVE SEEN UPGRADES TO MAVIC PRO CHANGE THE USEABILITY INSTANTLY.. SO CHECK YOUR MOBILE DEVICE ON THE USER FRIENDLY LIST PRIOR TO PURCHASE OR YOU OR COULD FIND YOURSELF PURCHASING ANOTHER DEVICE (MOBILE). AFTER ALL THAT BE SAID ONCE YOU ARE IN THE AIR WITH YOUR NEW MAVIC PRO..LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME HAPPY FLYING!!!

So much fun with it take it to Hawaii get some really good photos great picture pretty easy to fly love the GPS
