The sound quality is really good for the little mics. I was actually really surprised how well the noise cancelation worked.

Won't pair with Sony a7iii

I've tried everything to get it to work with my camera to no avail. I tried installing firmware updates and the cord that comes with it doesn't work. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't spent probably 7 hours so far trying to figure these problems out. Very tiresome dealing with DJI.

Not recommend for important video shoots!

It worked when we tested it and it worked for the first 15 minutes of the shoot. During Editing we realized the audio stopped for the last 30 minutes. You cannot trust the sound bar on the receiver as it shows the audio is working but it is not. This seems to be a huge problem with DJI at the moment and there is no solution after a month of several complaints. This completely destroyed our best video of the year since we cannot reshoot live events. So angry about this!!!!!!!

Get it by Date Is a Joke

Best Buy advertises delivery date 2 days out, turns over shipment to UPS late, ships it 3-day ground, then blames UPS for the delayed shipment.

Shipping failure

Called Best Buy twice. First they said they have it and it’s being processed. Called again over a week later and now they said they are waiting on it? It’s going on 3 weeks now or close to a month since I ordered it. Come on now. Now it will be at least another week after they decides to process the return till I get my money back. Customer service doesn’t seem to be meeting the standards at all.
