Think i was sent a open boxed item.

I recommend buying it from Best Buy because anywhere else has a shipping window of several weeks! Love the drone. It's a great entry level drone and a good way to see if you like it before committing to a higher cost drone.

The box seal showed signs of tampering and the clear plastic shrink wrap was taped with packing tape. I cannot believe Best Buy would attempt to sell this as new. This is deceptive and quite possibly illegal. Online chat confirmed the order was for a "brand new" product despite what was actually shipped. No idea why anyone would use Best Buy over any other reputable retailer if this is how they choose to do business. Search other reviews for "used", this is not the first time this has happened for this exact product.
