I am looking forward to buying a more premium DJI drone next time around.

But the system has a serious flaw that make it almost unusable. That is that it causes the iPhone device to overheat to the point that the touch screen become unresponsive. Or the iphone may shut down. This all happens within about 10 to 15 minutes of use. A message saying "mobile device CPU fully loaded" pops up immediately as you start using it. You can potentially loose the drone. Also, the USB cable that it came was did not work; I had to buy another cable for another ten dollars. The DJI forum is full of other users with same issues. I do not recommend this product.

Added upgrades but poor range

Unfortunately, my range is only marginally better than the first generation despite this not using Wifi. Now I'm either going to have to exchange it or send it back to DJI for repair.

Sold a refurbished as a new item

I think Best Buy sold a refurbished item as a new item batteries just got hot but didn’t do anything

One out of three in my experience just don't work Staff was reluctant to give information. A second time another person was a bit more helpful.

Too expensive for what it does

Expensive, Fun, not for young children
