Bought the fly more combo went straight in video shoots realized later it didn’t come with extra blades or screws. Which is weird because it was new and sealed. Other than that it was good.

I bought a new drone DJI Mini2 Combo 9/16/22 today, and when I opened it, everything was not organized inside, it was that someone had already opened it, there are missing things, and the drone is broken, it does not give a signal when I turn on, it just wheezes. someone has to be responsible for that, it's not a cheap thing. Now I have to go to the store to change it, and who will compensate for my time and gas?

When i seen all the videos on all the DJI drones, i just knew that i was getting an excellent quality drone. Unfortunately the bigger ones were too expensive for me. So decided to give their small drones a try. Im soooo glad i did! Not only its very small lightweight and foldable, but this lil guy is FAST and POWERFUL. Very impressive for a drone this size. It comes with three batteries and the charging hub, a type-c cord with a charging brick for the wall. It comes with all the extra blades, screws, screw driver, extra set of joy sticks for the remote controller, and a good quality bag to put everything in. It would be nice if this drone had some sensors for the obstacle avoidance and active track but hopefully on the next Mimi. Other than that, this is the perfect drone for me, its very easy to fly. I love this lil guy

one of the worst experience. I said the bankruptcy is close if you act like this in a store. 30 minutes nobody help me to just give me a drone, all employee send me from one to other. I asked for Store Manager, another 30 min to locate the drone in their store. I was inform that is a 15% restoking fee, What about 10% for my 45 minutes wasting fee?????/ I suppose to get a call from your office but never happening. Shame on you and happy bankruptcy.

I never got any kind of paperwork with it: no owner's manual or anything. Needless to say, I have not used it as it is my first drone and I don't even know how to set it up. I have been extremely busy and have not had time to call to try and get one. I did try to download one but I needed some kind of program on my computer to open it that I didn't have. Wish I had never ordered it.

Way cheaper through DJI. DJI insurance(covers runaways) is way better too. I bought through Best Buy before finding out about this.

I just love this little drone. A lot of features in a small package. Easy to use, transport, and the video looks great!

I thought this challenge and returned it because it feels too much like a toy I got the air 2 And I love it!

Three employees told me this item was not available. regardless of the fact that your website had three listed in store. upon being told by THREE employees it wasn't available, I proceeded to order it for store pickup and to no surprise of mine it was available the next morning for pickup. my best buy experience.

Complicated to use. Does not map easily with iPhone. Battery life horrible

I had my drone for less than 24 hours before it had some unknown fatal error and plummeted into a creek behind my house. I was flying it in a wide open area and it had 21 satellites. Three minutes in, at less than 25m, it disconnected from my phone and just fell out of the sky.

Have had problems downloading the app, and after that havent been able to connect to the drone. Still working on it and may upgrade the stars if it works\, but Best Buy keeps want ing a review NOW.

Controller is defective right out the box. Joy stick and gimbal controller mix their signals. The drone can only turn and roll camera at the same time. Left joystick not responding to left or right turns at all.

when i went to retrieve my package, one was missing. i explicitly left a note saying to knock when delivered so i could come sign for my item, but the delivery service chose to ignore. I will amend this review when my claim is settled.

Stay away from DJI. Bought the mini 2 and it only lasted 7 flights before taking off into the side of the house breaking an arm. Now i get to pay DJI $49 plus shipping to get it repaired. I repeat do not buy from DJI.

It would've been great I'm sure if I would've received it.i ordered it april 21. An now im waiting on my check for the item an its been 2 weeks today so ive had nothing but bad luck an service with best buy period.
