Which is weird because it was new and sealed. Other than that it was good.

Unqualified work of store employees
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new drone DJI Mini2 Combo 9/16/22 today, and when I opened it, everything was not organized inside, it was that someone had already opened it, there are missing things, and the drone is broken, it does not give a signal when I turn on, it just wheezes. someone has to be responsible for that, it's not a cheap thing. Now I have to go to the store to change it, and who will compensate for my time and gas?

This lil guy is FAST

Unfortunately the bigger ones were too expensive for me. So decided to give their small drones a try. Im soooo glad i did! Not only its very small lightweight and foldable, but this lil guy is FAST and POWERFUL. Very impressive for a drone this size. It comes with three batteries and the charging hub, a type-c cord with a charging brick for the wall. It comes with all the extra blades, screws, screw driver, extra set of joy sticks for the remote controller, and a good quality bag to put everything in. It would be nice if this drone had some sensors for the obstacle avoidance and active track but hopefully on the next Mimi. Other than that, this is the perfect drone for me, its very easy to fly. I love this lil guy

In store worst experience!

I said the bankruptcy is close if you act like this in a store. 30 minutes nobody help me to just give me a drone, all employee send me from one to other. I asked for Store Manager, another 30 min to locate the drone in their store. I was inform that is a 15% restoking fee, What about 10% for my 45 minutes wasting fee?????/ I suppose to get a call from your office but never happening. Shame on you and happy bankruptcy.

Needless to say, I have not used it as it is my first drone and I don't even know how to set it up. I have been extremely busy and have not had time to call to try and get one. I did try to download one but I needed some kind of program on my computer to open it that I didn't have. Wish I had never ordered it.

suppressive sales

Drone failed into water less than a day in

I was flying it in a wide open area and it had 21 satellites. Three minutes in, at less than 25m, it disconnected from my phone and just fell out of the sky.

App Problems

Controller not working

Joy stick and gimbal controller mix their signals. The drone can only turn and roll camera at the same time. Left joystick not responding to left or right turns at all.

I will amend this review when my claim is settled.

Lost drone
