Dead battery

Apparently, this is a common problem with numerous people posting it. Unfortunately, due to covid, I was not able to discover it until several weeks after the purchase. The other two batteries are fine.

Ive done everything as directed but the four blade motors have never started. Took to geek sqaud and they said cool, you got a drone? They were unable to help me. Wasted 500$

If you search incompatible firmware error for the DJI drone you'll see the trouble people have. Support has no answer other than making you go in circles asking for more information. It's a great product if it works, but you are gambling with DJI. Gambling at this price is a total waste.

Before you shell out the money for this, check that your phone is compatible with the DJI Fly app or the drone is useless. If you have an Android, even if it's on the compatible list, it's probably not compatible.
