I picked up this drone to try after years of trying cheaper drones. For the price, this little guy packs a punch! It's nimble, stable, 4k30, and has everything you need (nice case, extra blades, extra batteries). I do strongly recommend the warranty with DJI (which you can add on after you get your drone from Best Buy) in case you crash it into something and need a repair.

DJI makes the best and easiest camera drones to fly. As an avid FPV pilot, I have lots of experience flying drones and this is easy out of the box. The size and weight make it safe and super portable to take anywhere. It isn’t the newest of latest but has a ton of great automatic shots that are not only fun to use but provide great shots.

Back when the mavic mini was released I wanted to get one so badly. I'm so glad I waited because the mini 2 is much improved. Longer range, 4k camera, better wind resistance, and even a faster top speed make this thing amazing. I'm stunned at how small this thing is and the footage it can produce. Can't wait to take it on all of my hiking and camping trips!

This is by far the best purchase I have made all year. The Mini 2 flies like a dream and shoots excellent 4K video. The controller is easy to use. If you are considering buying just the drone and not this combo, don't. You need the extra batteries and having a charger lets you charge while flying. This drone is amazing!!! I would give more than five stars if I could.

Great product. We are enjoying our purchase every weekend and we have even printed some of our shots from drone to place it in our living area. It is a wonderful product. If one can afford to buy this wonderful product from Best Buy then it is a beautiful gift to yourself. Also, i used financing option at Best Buy and it made it so easy to afford this product.

Video quality was almost professional grade, and it was very easy to learn to control.

First time Drone operator! I was worried I would struggle with operating this , but it is so user friendly. Great quality video. Handles windy conditions well too! Pleasantly surprised at the quality at the purchase price. Just know that the batteries take about an hour each to charge.

I did a LOT of research before purchasing my first drone ever. DJI was a no brainer. This mini 2 is truly perfect for a beginner who has somewhat of a noggin on them (took a few tries to get it down quickly - set up is now 5 minutes to fly!). So glad I got it before my trip to Hawaii. I got such great footage and it made it back home with me! I def don't recommend trying it out for the first time at night. I just wanted to make sure it was good before the flight the next day, and I crashed it into my house which damaged a propeller. Even with a couple chipped propellers, it still flies perfectly fine! Def get the fly more package for more battery life. I love how the charge also is a battery pack to charge other things. SUPER portable, love the case it is so nice as well. Youtube tutorial videos were super helpful to learn the basics before flying. Very happy with this purchase! Is a great drone, good picture and video quality at all three different modes. Great for beginners and is great in small places.

Very maneuverable and stable, the size is perfect to take everywhere!!

This drone was and still is my favorite purchase ever. The 4k at 30 fps abd the 2.7k at 60 fps is breathtaking. Whenever I go somehwere new i throw it in the car, just in case I have a chance to fly it. The price scared me at first, but I decided to go for it, with the more fly combo. Trust me, the more fly combo is 100000% the way to go, and the price anxiety will disapear once you fly your first flight. Buy it, it will be worth it.

easy to handle, the definition of the camera is very good

I thoroughly researched the best drones for entry-level pilots and landed on the Mini 2 for it's many advanced features and its high quality camera. After two weeks of nearly daily flying while learning the "ropes", I can honestly say I feel like I made the right choice. Here are the main reasons why: PROS: -- Extremely lightweight and small for portability and flexibility in choosing locations to fly (doesn't require FAA registration in most states) -- Flies smoothly and is stable in moderately windy conditions -- Compares favorably with its bigger brother the Mavic 2 for about half the cost -- Utilizes the same RC unit as the Mavic 2 for a economical option to upgrade, if desired (utilizes post-purchase accessories like sun shades, tablet adapters, cables, etc.) -- The DJI Fly App is well-designed, intuitive and stable, even on older devices (using iOS version; don't know about Android) -- Excellent camera; 4K/30fps for video, very stable gimbal, compatible with many third-party ND filters to really capture high end footage and stills in all light conditions CONS: -- Doesn't offer tracking or true following due to lack of obstacle sensors (to keep the total weight under FAA registration reqs) *There are some nice Quick Shot presets that you can use to hack this up to a point. -- The Intelligent batteries have failed to deliver anything close to the advertised 31 minutes at full charge; closer to 15 minutes max in my experience (be forewarned that you are ill-advised to leave batteries in either their multi charger or the drone itself when not in use as it can severely diminish their full capacity; there's is no mention of this in the manual, but DJI has confirmed this is the case) SUGGESTIONS: -- If you have any vision challenges, I suggest you plan on using an approved tablet for running the Fly App; even my iPhone 12 Pro Max display is too small; I've upgraded to a iPad Mini Gen 5, which is the perfect size though a bit top heavy when mounted to the RC; you'll need a tablet adapter (CYNOVA Pro ($33) and a tablet sun shade (Hanatora 7-8.4 Inch Monitor Tablet Sun Hood Shade for DJI Mini 2 - $20) and a longer cable to connect RC to tablet (Hanatora 11.8 Inch USB C to iOS Remote Controller Cable - $12) -- Definitely go with the Fly More Combo option. The case and the extra batteries and multi-charger are really not optional; haven't needed the extra props yet, but I feel more confident knowing I have them with me. Hope this review is helpful. I highly recommend the Mini 2. Start slowly and cautiously in large open spaces like school athletic fields until you build up your confidence and piloting skills. That grows rather quickly with frequent practice. The more confident you become, the more fun you'll experience.

This is a great lightweight, compact drone. It's super easy to use with automated take off and land. The light gray color blends in well with the sky so it's stealthy. It's not super loud and does well in light winds. It takes good pictures but the camera is very sensitive and easily catches dust. It has settings that allow for hands free operation. The hardest thing to do was to set up the app to control the drone. Works well with Apple and Android devices. I'm a first time user and I am very happy with this purchase. Just wish the battery lasted a bit longer. Highly recommend getting the combo as a single battery is not enough. The case is super convenient.
