Omg what can i say, if your new to DJI drones i recommend the DJI Mini se but if your looks to go to the next level i recommend the DJI 2s, but if your on budget and your looking for for something your level i would tell you to buy the DJI mini 2 is small it can fit in your pocket, shh Don't tell anyone but buy the Fly more combo of the DJI mini 2 it way better it comes with a backpack and 3 batteries,Charging station, and propellers for your drone in case you have incidents. But if your lookin for something new to do crazy flys buy the DJI FPV DRONE, I RECOMMEND!!! To buy the one that cost 1,000 dollars it comes with a way better controller, the DJI FPV Drone has a weird controler i know you as a customer you won't like, choose wisely what yout tip of drone.

As title says this is a best beginner 4K drone, hands down. I needed a drone which takes 4K video and pictures and handle decent amount of wind. Honestly DJI did awesome job on developing a under 250g drone with lot of features such as quick shots, panoramic pictures and 360degree photo.

Amazing product highly recommended. Great Camera, I just enjoy using this and taking the best videos and pictures from the sky. I am a beginner so this was a great investment.

For the price this drone is quite advanced. It's easy to control and the camera quality was better than expected. I would recommend this drone to others. I definitely would recommend the fly more pack. It gives you just the right amount of fly time.

I personally give it a 10/10 rating excellent drone for beginners with some qualities that the professional drone’s have a must buy and first option if considering video quality, high resolution images etc.

I have had this drone for 3 weeks now, and it's awesome to fly and to take video, the video is outstanding and so are the pictures. This drone is great for beginner's, I love how good the controller fit's in your hands, and with the fly more combo you get 2 extra battery's so you can fly longer, the battery's last about 30 mins per battery, depending on the winds and type of flying you do and how much video you shoot, also make sure you have a phone that is supported by this drone before you buy it. and please take a basic drone course before you fly, because these drone dealers don't tell you everything that is involved to fly one of these drones, and all the FAA rules. But this drone is awesome, have fun and be safe

First of all, this is my first drone. Let me say that I’m blown away by the capabilities of this drone. The first flight was a bit unnerving after losing site of it but the return to home feature works perfectly. Just be sure to set your minimum return to home altitude to avoid any obstacles. The technology is truly amazing. I’ve currently flown about 2 hours with this one. I’ve had it up to the maximum elevation of 1640 feet which is approximately 4100’ in altitude where I live. I flown it out to about 8000’ from home base and the video was still transmitting. I would highly recommend this drone to anyone looking at getting into the hobby or even experienced pilots. The camera is phenomenal and it is simple to fly. A++++.

Decent range, great image quality, but it lasted less than 3 weeks before it glitched and flew off, up and away, then disconnected from the remote even though it had a strong signal. After spending the entire evening searching the location that it should have been at, I finally located it a block away with its guts hanging out all over the ground beneath the building that, I assume, must have ended the mini’s solo joy ride. This is not my first drone, I’ve had two other DJI models that lasted quite awhile, and even some cheap ones that were more reliable than the mini 2 has been for me. Save your money. Get the mavic air. The Mini does not have obstacle avoidance, and the remote is too susceptible to interference for that essential feature to be left out. It’s a recipe for disaster that ended up costing more money than I intended to flush down the drain.

This is my first DJI drone, coming from a parrot anafi, and the difference is staggering. DJI's app is easier to use and more intuitive with better controls; the form factor and design of the drone is better executed; the controller and packaging are way better and the range blows the competition out of the water! The Fly More Combo is a fantastic value so I highly recommend going that route if you are considering this drone. The carrying case is nice quality and has storage for the drone, batteries, charger, controller, along with all the cables and spare parts with room to spare. I also keep the old phone I've converted to my drone controller in there and still have room. The battery charger is an elegant solution. It houses all 3 batteries at once and has indicator lights showing where the charge is on each as they all charge at the same time keeping you ready to fly. The drone itself weighs almost nothing and is about the size of your palm folded up, making it extremely portable. But even with that light weight, it holds it's own in winds up to 25mph. I flew it at almost 400ft in 15-20mph winds and had no issues with control or taking stable shots. And this thing takes beautiful shots and video in 4k resolution, with 2x lossless zoom and 4x digital zoom. I recommend taking the full picture and cropping it later for best results but you can zoom if you prefer. You can also take panorama, 180 or sphere photos. Want some cool video effects? Try boomerang, circle, rocket, helix and dronie modes. Literally unbelievable how many things you can do with this small drone. Taking off is as easy as touching a button. When it lifts off, it will rise to 3-4ft and hover in place and record that spot. From that point on, when you're ready to have the drone come back to you, just hit the Return to Home button and it will return to that spot. One thing to note, this drone does NOT have obstacle avoidance, so make sure you set the altitude you want the drone to return at to avoid trees or other obstacles. If the biggest thing around you is a 100ft tree stand, set the RTH at 150ft to be safe. That will keep it at that altitude until it's directly overhead it's RTH spot, at which point it will come straight down. If you haven't flown a drone before, the tutorials built into the app are outstanding for teaching the basics and about some of the more advanced features. They include videos and step by step instructions, so definitely check them out if you're new to drone flying. My last drone would lose signal at 350ft and 50-75yds down range. This one, under the same conditions, went over a mile away at 400ft and showed no signs of signal loss. The OcuSync technology vs the old wi-fi tech is night and day. This is especially important if you're flying in an area with lots of wi-fi or other radio interference, such as suburban areas or cities. And you don't need to register this drone with the FAA or go through any licensing. It's size and weight don't qualify it for that. The geofencing technology built in will also help beginners with not taking off in restricted zones or violating airspace using the built in GPS. Overall, I can't recommend this drone highly enough for just about anyone. It takes amazing photos and videos, handles the wind fantastically for it's size and weight, and the new OcuSync 2.0 technology is legit. This is hands down the best drone you will find at this price point or below, and it's better than some others above this price point. Unless you're a professional who needs something crazy for commercial use, this is the drone you should buy.

The DJI Mini 2 drone plus package is pretty darn amazing. The technology and video quality is very surprising for this first time drone buyer. I’ve been enjoying many YouTube sailing and adventure channels for years and knew if I ever purchased a drone it would be a DJI product. I was advised to look into the mini’s before spending over $1500 and now I know I made the right choice for $600! I plan to use this drone for wilderness discovery and well as safety while Boondocking on unfamiliar roads. I did go back to Best Buy within the 15 day period to purchase the extended protection package after experiencing a slight accident and realizing that the extra $200 is well worth the relative piece of mind.

Love this product simple to fly and great quality photos and 30 min flight time per battery is great. I suggest buying the package deal with multiple batteries included.

The best beginner drone. I purchased this one for my brother as he too as gotten into drones. Great and easy to learn to control. If you play videos game just as COD it will be very easy to learn to fly.

I've had several other cheap drones before purchasing this one and they were all horrible. This DJI Mini 2 is just amazing! Great for beginners and experts alike it is very easy to setup and operate. The controls are easy to use yet with precise movement. Was happy to find that the remote controller accommodated my larger Note 9 phone with the case on. Included cords allow for connection to my iPhone as well. Stunning video even at night! I've added a few night shots, I'll add some day when i return from vacation. The Fly More kit is just a must have with the extra batteries and propellers you've got plenty of time in the sky.

Great price for the package. Fantastic video and photo quality and good range. Small enough to fit in your pocket. Lots of fun to fly.

Never Knew that much about Drones . Until I bought this one . First off ,you don't need to register or get a license to fly . Any drone under 250grams doesn't have to be registered. the Controller has a Return home feature. Comes in handy. The photos are excellent .The video is smooth and graceful with beautiful image quality. This combo package is a great value . The extra batteries come in handy . The carry case is perfectly fit to all the accessories . nice and small. Great for taking on vacation . Love the feature that you can circle an object with the camera focused on the subject the whole time .

The dji mini 2 is a great product, especially for beginners. It has all the special tricks that they figure drawers have but way more compact. I love this product and recommend 100%.

There's nothing to not love about this little drone. It's incredibly user friendly and capable right out of the box. I also think this is the last price friendly version of a mini, sub-250g drone that you'll ever see from DJI (the new mini 3 with remote and fly more will cost well over $1000). I travel for a living and I've taken this little thing with me on hikes in Arizona, Hawaii, Guam... You name it! For the price point there is absolutely not a more capable drone with a better camera/image available.

Yes, I was going to get the next level up, but man this drone is amazing and less worry about regulations. It is addictive flying this thing around. I still have much to learn, but incredible images and ease of use. I agree the package with extra batteries is a HUGE plus. Super responsive. I even took it out over the ocean a few times and it did great. Do test with the wind before you get too far out, but the only time I was concerned I was able to get it back with the return home feature and it was struggling a bit with the 10 mph head wind. Close call, but all good.

If you are already considering this item (or even if maybe you haven't thought about it), you won't regret purchasing it. Save yourself time and money trying to see if you can find a different drone with comparable (or sometimes even seemingly better) specs for a cheaper price. Chances are if you do get a cheaper drone, you will either be disappointed and never use it, or you will love it but lose it or break it in a matter of time. If you purchase the dji mini 2, you will love it and will be constantly looking forward to opportunities to go flying, all without the worries and anxiety of losing connection and losing it or crashing it. For even more security, get DJI's "fly away coverage" which is only $49 for this model. I do recommend the "Fly more" package because always having charged spare batteries is worth it and with the 3 way charger that comes, you never have to land for other than swapping the batteries every half hour or so. The case and extra spare parts are convenient too.

This is such a great little drone it take amazing videos and the pictures arent bad either. I have been flying this drone for about a month now and have only had one issue when i lost signal but it returned to home all by itself when the battery got low. My only recommendation is if this happens to you dont panic and push a bunch of buttons just be patient and wait for it to come home. I highly do recommend this drone because it flys great, has a 3 axis gimbal, records 4k video, and has very far range for flying. I say 10+ for this drone.
