    Awesome drone. Great flight time. I love going out and flying it. It also takes great video and photos. Minor gripes: 1. DO NOT store the batteries in the drone or charging hub for extended periods of time. It can damage the batteries. 2. I wish the controller had volume controls, the low battery alarm can get annoying.

    Have many drones, several Brands, Large Hex & Octal, to the small Mini’s. The Mini 2 is much better than 1st Mini for RC Transmission. So much better, makes upgrade worth it. The other improvements are nice and show the advancement on small crafts. Overall, it’s very similar to 1st Generation with improvements from Build, Camera, and RC Transmissions.

    I had the Mavic Mini and this one flies very similarly, but the camera is much better and shots are more crisp, and I have had much fewer issue's with getting this to sync up with the phone than I had with the original Mavic Mini. It is very easy to fly and there are a ton of great instructional video's online giving you great tips on how to fly this exact unit. The only thing I have noticed is that the batteries wear out quite a bit quicker on this unit than they did on the original Mavic Mini - but - they are considerably lighter than the original Mavic Mini batteries. I checked and they are compatible - so I tried and used my original Mavic Mini batteries in this unit and it worked perfectly with the extended run time - I am not sure why they reduced the weight and battery capacity on the Mini 2, but if it was me - don't buy the kit with the 2 extra batteries - just buy regular Mavic Mini battery charger kit and those replacement batteries as they have way more flying time, and from what I see - they cost less too - seriously - get the original Mavic Mini batteries !! these new Mavic 2 ones are very WEAK in comparison . . . .

    Purchased the DJI Mavic mini 2 after purchasing the Mavic 2 Pro as a back up & for ease of carrying in difficult locations. This drone is easy to fly and picture quality is good. Only wish I could pair it to my DJI Smart Controller so I don't have to use my cellphone as a display. I also like having less flight restrictions using this product.
