Really like this drone. Easy to use for a beginner. 4K video, controller range, and wind performance are all good. Really like the way the remote was updated for how it holds a phone. I can fit my iPhone 12 in an Otterbox Defender case in the holder. Did have to modify the plug port on the phone case though to allow the connector from the remote to the phone to fit.

Before purchasing this I purchased the DJI mini, it was very nice but it didn’t handle windows well. After purchasing this one it was a very clear difference in flight control I would strongly recommend this as an entry-level drone. Very easy to fly right out of the box, I would if I was watching a few videos first but definitely would advise this drone.

Awesome drone. Great flight time. I love going out and flying it. It also takes great video and photos. Minor gripes: 1. DO NOT store the batteries in the drone or charging hub for extended periods of time. It can damage the batteries. 2. I wish the controller had volume controls, the low battery alarm can get annoying.

I've put probably 100 miles on this little drone in the months I've owned it. I bought it for a business project and have since found a lot of uses for it I never would have thought of. But mainly, I just like exploring the mountains around my house with it when lighting conditions are right. I've also used it for a real estate filming project that wowed the client. She was so excited to see it at work. Super intuitive, easy to set up and control, and works wonders. And the insurance policy is pretty solid. My first shoot required some tricky maneuvering that led to some spectacular crashes. It survived most of the crashes unscathed, but one broke the gimbal. But the company offers 48 hours from purchase to even buy the policy. I signed up for the insurance AFTER I broke it, and was able to get a replacement in a hurry when I was ready to pay the reasonable deductible. Only request for future models is lateral, forward and vertical (above) obstacle avoidance. The sensor on bottom is fantastic for landing, and I just wish it was so savvy to avoid other obstacles. I also know this is a big ask for a drone that weighs 249 grams so you don't need to register with the FAA to use it. 100% recommend.
