WOW! My husband has had tiny drones, a Chroma to a TyphoonH and he always ended up frustrated! He saw the Mini 2 in action and started watching YouTube videos. He decided on the DJI Mini 3 and off to Best Buy he went. Let me tell you I have never seen him so happy about a drone! This Mini 3 is everything he wanted and more and it DOES NOT disappoint. The 4K photo and video is amazing! And I’m even comfortable enough to fly this drone (I never flew any of the others). I would say anyone from a novice to an experienced drone operator (or any photographer) would be perfectly comfortable and happy with the DJI Mini 3! You will need the Fly More Kit and an extra set of toggles to keep in your case. The Mini 3 or the Fly More kit should come with the toggles because you will end up needing them.

Overall the Mini 3 pro is everything I expected. After much consideration and research the purchase was an easy decision. Many years ago, before anyone became aware of drones I purchased a UAV capable of lifting my heavy DSLR. After a dangerous mishap it was returned. The current YouTube videos became my deciding influence. After over a decade the current state of drones evolved into something that is both fun and professionally capable. I was sold on the mini 3pro. It does exactly what I needed and expected. I have worked in television most of my life. The smoothness and stability are beyond expectations. I have only one negative comment. Occasionally the remote controller will tell me that the gimbal is stuck. It was stuck. I’m aware that the gimbal is very sensitive. I took the risk to free it up with a gentle touch. It worked. If this is an ongoing problem I am concerned. DJI officially texted me that remote ID will be a simple firmware update for the most recent devices. Knowing nothing about RID upon purchase I was concerned. DJI eased my worries. I highly suggest getting the FAA 107 license to know the possibilities and limitations of flight. Halfway through the course of Pilots Institute, the information has already prepared me for the future. The combination of the online class and actual flight time has given me a new and exciting reason to learn and hit the road and sky. Although it can be regarded as a “toy” it is capable of far more. It is as fun as a great toy with serious repercussions and penalties should the pilot cross the lines established by the FAA. Play for fun, take the responsibility seriously.

Great little drone. Easily fits in my bag. Great for getting that shot. It’s fast and light. The battery lasts a decent amount of time considering its size. Very pleased.

By far the easiest DJI drone to fly that packs the capability that I need for professional shots and footage. I opted for NOT getting the extended battery for the added weight and instead got the fly more package with the extra batteries. The built-in monitor screen is great because it allows me to keep my phone handy. Its small form factor allows it to be packed anywhere. I o however recommend a case. Invest in a decent hard case that allows for extra batteries. Speaking of investing, invest yourself into a mini card that DJI recommends for the Mini 3 Pro but get one that has larger storage. I got two 256. Overall, love this drone. Had several other DJI drones and loved them all but this is by far the easiest to get the shots you want.

My son needed this drone for one of his university classes. He told me that it was so easy to use and gave him great results. He also shared the video with me, and the results looked great to me.

Great buy it is so good and easy to fly. In my opinion since I have it it been amazing and it seems to be a product made it from good quality. I recommend it at 100 percent this drone don’t missed out, great deal.

This is a great small drone. It is light and really could fit in your pocket. If this is your first drone, don’t give up, keep trying to learn and you will be happy you did. Takes some really cool pics/videos

DJ I continues to improve there’s small line of drones. This drone is much more quiet, longer flight time and much improved camera for low light conditions. He was very responsive in flight and stable in higher winds.

I LOVE this little drone. It is a feature packed little powerhouse and the camera is amazing. I love that with the press of a button I can change from landscape photos to portrait. The quality of the photos and videos are fantastic right out of the camera. It also does very well in the wind. I am super cautious but comfortable enough to fly this drone in 15 - 20 mph winds. The DJI RC with the screen is bright and stays bright even in the hot sun. When I was using my phone the phone would heat up and get so dim I could not see the screen - using the RC with the screen has fixed that issue. I did buy a sunscreen for it but I find that the screen is bright enough and that I don't need it.

Great drone! Easy to setup and fly. Picture and video quality is excellent for a drone this size. Easy to transport.

Awesome little drone. Easy to fly and great video and still photos. The follow object feature works very well. I'd get the extended life battery if you plan to use for an extended amount of time though.

Has been an easy and great quality drone. Picture and video quality is 4k in my opinion and is easy to maneuver. As far as set up goes the instructions are great and can find forums for extra tips. Well worth extra money to invest into a DJI.

Just do it the pictures and video are by far the best I’ve ever seen very user-friendly

Read a ton of reviews before I made my purchase. Once I did and tried it out, I knew that I had made the right choice. This drone is top of the line and takes great video1 Anyone can fly this thing!

I really liked my previous drone, the Mini 2, but this DJI Mini 3 Pro is a whole new ballgame in my opinion. It has 4K video at 60fps as opposed to the Mini 2's 30fps. The new Mini 3 Pro has all of the Quickshot special effects i was used to but the new.Mini 3 also has Mastershots which introduces all kinds of creative possibilities, e.g.: Hyperlapse built in as wellas Active Track and obstacle avoidance. The only downside is the new RC1 has a range that is a little shorter than the Mini 2. The nuce thing is that the old RC231 is compatible so it will also work with the new model. Highly recommended. Be sure to sign up for Total Protection with Bsst Buy, just in case.

I have multiple drones and this was my most recent one. I have to admit, this has to be one of the best drones out now. Two of my other drones are the original Mavic Mini and the Mavic 2 Pro. The Mini 3 Pro is drastically better than the original Mini, but not quite as good as the 2 Pro. But it is comparable depending on what your goal is for the drone. Also, having to use my phone for the original Mini; having the RC Remote is even better. If you're a beginner drone user, want to stay under 250 grams and don't mind spending the additional few hundred dollars then I'd highly recommend the Mini 3 Pro. But if you don't want to spend as much, then the original Mini or Mini 2 would get the job done also. The only thing I don't like about this drone is the fact that it does not have waypoints. And another minor annoyance which no one mentions is the fact that when you first use the drone and the RC remote, Google Maps won't show on the RC remote. This is because the RC remote doesn't automatically download the map for your area and the WiFi will automatically turn off when you start flying so no internet connection. The fix for this though to power up the RC remote and the Mini 3 Pro then turn the WiFi back on and let it sit for a few minutes. The RC remote will then download the map for your area. Remember you'll have to do this again if you choose to fly somewhere else or if the Google Maps where you're flying does show.

I love this drone, it takes beautiful images and has great wind resistance, easy to control.

For the size it really packs a great punch. Great drone if you’re in to cinematic flights. Easy to carry around too. Would recommend it to anyone
