I dont usually leave reviews good or bad but I had such an aweful experience that I feel compelled to do so about this product. Please keep in mind that this negativity is direct specifically at DJI and not Best Buy. I recently purchased the Mini Pro 3 after a very extensive debate with myself and lots of reasearch. The product features are very cool and the picture quality is stunning, but I encountered an odd issue. I apparently live in a flight path of a small airport, so there is a feature called autorization zone that requires you accept responsibility flying in that zone. However my specific location is on the edge of the flight path, so litterally half my house is in the path and half is not, and as a result my drone sometimes made me get authorization and sometimes it did not. During a recent flight it did not make me get authorization, and I took off as usual, however a few seconds into flight, 15-20 seconds at most, an error message came on saying I was in that autorization zone and the drone would force landing. The problem though is the contoller stopped allowing me to control the drone and I was forced to standby and helplessly watch my drone fly itself, on a crash course with a tree. Yes, it ended up crashing and I tried to catch it but bouncing on the branches it landed out of my reach, it was ruined. Now I purchased a protection plan for this device, as it was way too expensive not to, but based on the circumstances I didnt feel I was at fault and should not have to use that coverage. I contacted DJI customer support and right from the first contact it was terrible. They did not seem to have any idea what they were doing, stumbled over their words, couldn't provide clear answer, and didn't seem to understand what I was telling them. Ultimately I was able to get them to file a claim. They said I would get 2 emails one with a shipping label and a second to inform my claim was processed and approved. I never recieved the approval email, so after nearly 2 weeks I called back and was told to send the product back first. Reluctantly, I did and was soon contacted saying they reviewed flight data and what I said happened, never actually happened and that I never lost control and crashed it on my own. I really take it personal when someone calls me a liar! This flight data was so suffisticated they apparently knew I used the controller to make the drone go to the right, but have no record of it displaying a message about being in the autorization mode and that my drone was forcing a landing, how convienient that message wouldn't appear in the data. Now they are charging me for the repair of the drone through my protection plan so 1 month into ownership, I have used 1 of my 2 replacements because there product malfunctioned at it was somehow my fault. Again, I reiterate I got the protection plan so I was covered if it crashed, but I didn't expect it to ever crash because it started wanting to fly itself. I spent a lot on this cool toy so I am sticking with it for a while, but I will absolutly never buy another DJI product ever again, based on this horrible incident and the terrible customer service experience! One last thing important to mention, the range on this device doesn't even come anywhere close to the range in the product description.

Awesome little camera. The quality of videos is amazing.

I bought this for my husband and he really really like it so is my son and daughters day enjoy playing with it and learning new things they like to go explore it and record videos from everywhere. I will really recommend it to anyone who likes to have fun.

I've had DJI drones since the original Phantom. I've had several Mavics, and newer model Phantoms. None of them compare to the amount of features packed into this tiny drone. This thing is amazing and is incredibly stable in flight considering its size.

I'm continuing my DJI Mini upgrades from the DJI Mavic Mini to DJI Mini 2 and now the DJI Mini 3. True to form the DJI Mini series keep getting better and better. I especially like how quiet the Mini 3 is as well as the greater wind resistance. The RC controller with Built-in Screen is a great convenience. Great upgraded Mini drone for me.

Very nice and durable drone. The battery last about 30 minutes. The hard part is finding accessories in stock. No extra battery available, cases and ND lens are even delayed.
