Battery delivered dead, and no way to charge it without charger base, $1000 item and DJI to cheap to include USB-C-3?

Weighing less than 249 g and with upgraded safety features, it's not only regulation-friendly, it's also the safest in its series. DJI Mini 3 Pro supports the USB Power Delivery (PD) protocol. Many DJI Mini-series customers reported they have multiple chargers from their mobile phone, tablet, or laptop. If you do not have a PD charger, others with a USB-C port will also work. Thus, though a power adapter does not come with DJI Mini 3 Pro, you can either reuse the charger of your mobile phone or purchase a PD charger at DJI Store. Thank you for your understanding. Now I have a well known issue with the lens (moist gets trapped inside making everything blurry) since I didnt pay the extra 300 bucks for insurance Im now having to sit with a useless thousand dollar drone. Oh forgot to mention! Im in the middle of a work tour so yeah, save yourself a headache and dont buy this piece of crap.

There are so many features on this little drone and the best part is that it's 249g so no registrations or any other nonsense. Personally I am a photographer who always sought out a drone to take aerial photos but finding the right drone for the job was always difficult. The DJI Mini pro 3 is FINALLY the photography drone that the world has been waiting for. Especially if you are primarily on instagram, snapchat. whatsapp, twitter, or facebook. The new portrait mode for photos means less post-production work for you and it helps you compose your photos and videos without leaving you to "guess" is the shot will fit nicely in your IG reels, Snap stories, FB stories, etc... This drone is the easiest and safest drone I have ever used. The controller is bright, easy to set up and use and even easier to transfer photos directly to your phone or tablet for lightroom or editing software you use for your content. Make sure you get a memory card for the drone itself, the internal memory won't get you far!

Best buy support doesnt have a clue what they are talking about, neither do the store employees. Beware you will not get the warranty is claims comes with the purchase.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an Air 2S that I frequently use and this Mini 3 is not that much different apart from the size and some differences in terms of video resolution it takes. The size is absolutely amazing. It's very portable. You can just bring the drone around anywhere so if the opportunity arises, you can just use it. It's also very light. The included software features like tracking and APAS can be much much better. The controller itself is very intuitive. You don't have to use your phone with this remote and it's actually very convenient. The screen is nice too. The DJI app is pre-installed as well, which was the biggest issue I had before trying to install it on my phone. This ensures that everything will be compatible from the get go. It's a lot easier for your phone too since you get to save your battery. The remote's screen is very vibrant and very easy to use. The connection between the remote and the drone is very good. It rarely loses connection as long as you don't fly too low or have too many obstacles around.
