Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went in to buy drone. Sales associate didnt clearly advise of the features and diffrences on my drone. I get home and watch vidoes only to find out the model I bought does not do what is needed. I go back next day to exchange for more expensive drone and get hit with a 15% restocking fee. Crazy have to pay to spend more in store. Next time i think ordering from a big online company would be best to avoid this . Never buying electronics from here again. Worse part was employee answer to me was "i just work here "

I received the drone and it would not charge. I sent it back to DJI and they sent me another... guess what... it would NOT CHARGE! I am sending everything back to DJI for a complete refund.

If you have not shipped it out, could you please try to use another charging cable or charger to see if the battery can be charged? Very fragile, especially over water.
