This is an awesome little drone! It takes great pictures and is easy to fly. I love it! The only thing that could be done better is if the Fly More Plus kit was sold with the drone as a combo like I have seen on other sites.

If you're into getting into drones, this is the one for you! It has everything you could possibly need in one small, powerful platform. Extended flight time compared to it's predecessor, built-in screen on the transmitter and extra sd card slot for saving photos and video to the transmitter. Can't say enough about this drone!

It's a great begginger drone to atart with. Based on the amounts of sensors and features, it's a great tool to enjoy that craving of flying an object. Comletely recommended, won't regret to start with this artifact.

This is one of the best drones even for a beginner with tons of features! Easy to fly and the Video RC makes it easier! Video and photo shooting has a lot and lots need to be learned!

I have had the DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone for a month now and just love it. I decided on this model over the Mini Pro 4 because I could add mapping software where I could not with the Mini4.

This is the perfect drone for anyone that is wanting to get into a serious side hobby or a fun activity. The stability is insane and it flys very smooth. The photography you can capture of course is an admirable feature of its own.

TLDR: (that’s Too Long, Didn’t Read) You’d expect a drone this small and light to be equally light on features, but it’s as crammed with goodies as its bigger brothers! Lighter than my phone yet fun, stable, safe and amazing image quality and range. This is the drone to pack for any away mission when there might be something interesting to record from a distance. Pros: * Amazingly compact when folded up. * Astonishingly lightweight yet stable even in windy conditions. * Great flight safety features. * Useful flight and camera modes. * Great battery life. * Convenient and useful remote that doesn’t monopolize your phone. Cons: * Obstacle avoidance doesn’t see to the sides or above. * Missing an internal fan so it tends to overheat when on the ground in standby. * Blade screws are not captive and can easily get lost when removed in the field. * Flight sticks can easily get dropped and lost if removed in the field. * Standalone RC needs to tether to your phone for online access during use. * A 30W+ USB-C charger is needed but not supplied. * MicroSD memory cards are not provided but are highly recommended. Details - Setup: The provided flight battery needs to be plugged in to a charger to activate it for first-time use. Find yourself a 30+ Watt USB-C PD charger and plug it directly in to the drone with the provided flight battery inserted. The battery will activate and begin charging. To set up the RC, remove the flight sticks from their storage spot on the back side of the remote, and carefully screw them in. Plug in the RC to the same 30+W USB-C charger. Both the drone and the RC have 4 LEDs to indicate charging status and charge level. When both are charged up, power on the RC and go through the initial software setup. You might as well leave the drone off for now because it tends to overheat if left on in standby for 20 minutes or more. My RC’s initial setup screen was for language selection and the default was set to Chinese. Fortunately, I knew what was going on so I just scrolled until I could read “English” and tapped the arrow to continue. The default time zone was set to Beijing, but that was easy to change to Eastern, too. The rest of the onscreen setup was easy to do including getting the RC up on my WiFi so it could register itself, get firmware updates, maps, etc… After getting the basics set up in the Fly app that is built into the RC, I then turned on the drone and let it connect to the RC automatically since it had already been “bound” at the factory. The drone and the RC each updated the latest firmware and all was set to go. One thing I really liked was the offer to purchase the one-year accidental damage warranty right from within the setup. I’ve flown drones before and found the extra piece-of-mind worth the low fee and it was a 2 taps to buy it from within the RC versus having to find and type the RC and drone’s serial numbers, etc. into a web page later. The RC’s Fly app even has flight tutorials and tips and tricks all accessible within the app - very nice. Observations: I’ll abstain from describing the flight modes and basic details that you can read in numerous other reviews. Suffice to say that this is a really amazing drone for its size! A few things I noticed, though: * When folded up, the drone is the same size as my iPhone 13 Pro Max (although thicker ;-) ), and its actually lighter than my iPhone! * The drone is very stable in all but the windiest conditions. Of course, the more wind, the lower the battery life and/or range since it needs more attitude control and power to maintain position in high winds. * The screws that secure the blades are not captive to the blades; they are separate. They are very tiny and easy to loose. If you happen to need to replace a blade while in the field, be very careful - drop a screw in the grass or sand and you’re not flying again unless you have backups handy. * It’s really nice to be able to remove the flight sticks to make the RC more compact and less likely to break a stick when transporting the RC. The sticks also store on the back of the RC for convenience. The removable flight sticks do; however; have tight threads. Be very careful when screwing the flight sticks on or off. If the threads aren’t securely started, you can easily drop a stick. Again, it’s very easy to mis-thread and drop a stick in the grass or sand where it might be hard to find again. You can fly without a flight stick screwed on, but it’s not easy. I purchased another set of sticks in red so that they are easier to spot if dropped on the ground, and also so I have a spare pair. * The obstacle avoidance sensors work great and will really help you not crash your drone. Just be careful as they only work when flying forward, backward or down. There is no sensing when flying sideways or up, so be aware at all times when flying… especially in those directions. There is even a setting in the software to disable the ability to fly sideways just to prevent you from forgetting and hitting something. * The camera’s sensor may be small, but you’ll still get amazing video and photo results. The camera’s new Portrait mode rotates the lens to ensure the highest-quality images and videos when in portrait for sharing to social media without needing to crop the landscape images. * The RC is light, comfortable to hold and easy to use. I have relatively small hands and I can easily reach my thumbs to the center of the screen while holding the RC. It’s also easy to hold the RC with one hand which navigating the screen with the other if you need to change settings mid-flight and can hover for a few seconds. * To get the light flight weight, an internal fan was not included. During flights, the breeze from the blades keeps the drone’s guts cool, but when when on the ground for image transfers or firmware updates, it tends to overheat after about 20 minutes of sitting idle. Image and video transfers are relatively fast, but it’s best to not leave the drone on for long before or after a flight. * The only “accessory” items included are a spare set of blades and screws and a USB-C cable. Everything else is separate and optional. You definitely need to have a suitable USB-C charger and it’s highly recommended to get at least memory card for the drone. Conclusion: The drone’s name says it all… it’s truly Mini and has all the features you’d expect from a Pro level drone. The thing is amazingly small and light yet fully-featured. The RC with the built-in screen is super convenience because it can be used stand-alone without needing to occupy your phone during flight, and has all of the features you’d expect. This is a perfect drone for beginners and advanced hobbyists who travel or just want a compact flight system for amazing aerial images.

Instructions are straightforward and controls are easy to get used to. Just wished the controller came with a mic.

First class finish, so far no problem. The only problem is that maybe because it's a new release, the original accessories are very difficult to find.

Best Bang for the Buck if you are wanting to maximize value for dollars! DJI put a lot of thought behind this product. Have no regret spending the full amount now. Will buy again!!!!

Disclaimer: this is my 3rd high quality drone in the past 4 years. I had an Autel Evo, and I have a DJI Mavic Air 2S and now this DJI Mini 3 Pro. I cant even begin to describe how good this drone is so here are my favorite features in NO particular order: 1- No NEED for your phone anymore. read that again! 2- No NEED to hook cables to the remote from your phone, its a get out of the bag, turn on and FLY! 3- Very Good remote control with perfect screen and good ergonomics. 4- You dont need to register your drone with the FAA anymore. its light weight with the same awesome features but in a pocket size!. check the picture I uploaded of the mini 3 Pro next to my DJI Mavic Air 2S. look how smaller the thing is. I really like it more than the 2S and it suits my needs more. this is very important feature. 5- Its light weight, it won't take a huge space in my backpack or in my carry on case when flying. 6- the battery life is decent. I got 28 minutes and am planning on buing another battery. 7- USB-C CHarging. Enough said! 8- video support material is very helpful and I have to be very honest here. this is by far the easiest drone to set up and operate among all the drones I have owned. I am very happy with it. 9- Obstacle avoidance is very good and on par with bigger more expensive drones. 10- photo and video quality are perfect and more than enough for someone who uses the drone for anything beside professional vlogging. it will be wonderful for your memories with friends or on a trip or even your exotic honeymoon destination. If you can afford it, get it! its worth it. 11- the drone is ready to use out of the box, just hook it to Wifi and let it update (took my drone 20 minutes total 12- the drone needs a high quality micro- SD card. the internal memory is 1.2 GB and isnt enought for anything. when you get the drone get a Micro- SD card. 13- some of my favorite features are the master shot, Hyper time lapse and the active tracking. very easy to setup. 14- the remote has 2 customizable buttons that you can program. 15- video quality is 4K HDR and the photo quality is 48 MP and my most favorite feature is that I can now go out with my son and fly our drones without needing to fight about who's turn it is! 14-

I've had the pleasure of flying the DJI Mini 3 Pro for a while now, and I can't help but be impressed by this little powerhouse of a drone.

Love that it doesn't take up to much space in my camera bag. It has amazing picture quality for its size.

Best dji drone so far and I choose to buy them at Best Buy because they are always ready to help with returns and they’re extended warranty is great!
