Pretty good does well with tracking. Very fast and responsive. However the battery does tend to overheat. Not sure if I got a bad one.

Bought this to document a real estate building project and learn about drone photography. Prior experience with drones was zero. My review: 1. Garbled instructions, took most of a day to get everything working together correctly. 2. Super easy to fly. Precise controls. I am successfully flying inside and outside to document the build. 3. Photography - it's also super easy to get clear, well-composed shots. 4. Videography - It's easy to do, but hard to get first-take good shots - lots of re-takes and editing required. 5. Battery life is okay, but definitely buy the multi-pack if you are going to be working away from an easy charging source. 6. File management, like the set-up instructions, is not clear and I am still struggling. 7. DEFINITELY glad I bought the drone with the integrated display in the controller. Working this with my phone would have complicated things massively. Overall rating is 4 stars, Good.

Customer service is terrible. I strongly do not recommend to buy anything from best buy, customer service, even supervisors they are not professional. And it takes time to solve the problem and one says different thing another one says completely different.

Missing parts in the box I signed up for the warranty themrough Best Buy paid the extra money and they can’t find any record of it. Bad experience

I choose a Mini 4 Pro for aerial photography and video. It's effortless and safe to fly, easy to carry, and can be legally flown almost anywhere. The camera is capable of fantastic results. Awesome drone.

Excellent, too easy. They brought it right out. Easy online finding and securing the one we wanted at the closest location. We love DJI Mavic 3 and absolutely love it which is why we went with another DJI.

This is the best mini Dji, I owned mini 1 mini 2 and when I was about to get the 3 the 4pro came out... for my experience this is the best Drone , light, bell and whistles for the price is the best purchased ever.
