Came from a mini 2 to the pro mini 4 and its a game changer

At high altitudes I had a lot of instability with this equipment, it didn't suit me in my project, perhaps a model above the Air 3 would suit me, otherwise it's a good drone for the cost!

Love DJI drones especially this one with all around censors!

It’s the mostest complete drone in mini categories

This drone is near perfect.. it flys like a dream.. I do have one issue.. hopefully it is resolved by DJI.. it did lose signal and did not return.

I love the drone itself!! The reason for 4 stars is that the batteries does not charge at a full 4 bars only to 3...

This is my first foray into drones. I’ve been taking photos for years with my DSLR and I’ve been wanting to get something that would give me a different vantage point on my nature shots. The mini 4 is small so you don’t need to register it with the FAA and the body of the drone is small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. With 3 batteries included and approximately 45 minutes of flight time per battery you can stay up for quite a while. The included case is also handy and is partitioned to allow for good protection. The remote has a nice feel in the hands with its rubberized grip and the screen is clear and easy to view and it is touch sensitive. The controls are smooth and the included storage points for the removable joystick thumb sticks are nice. The included charging cables are about 18” long (USB-C to USB-C, and USB-A to USB-C), but there is no included wall adapter. They did however include 12 spare blades and a tool to change them out. Camera controls and settings are built into the remote, so it was easy to zoom and take snapshots and record video. You can also adjust settings to take JPEG, RAW, or both with a resolution of 12MP or 48MP. You can also adjust the ISO, Shutter speed, and exposure. I prefer to take both JPEG and RAW, since RAW is easier to work with in post using Lightroom, Photoshop or other image editing program. There is some internal memory in the drone, but there is a slot for a micro-SD card for added storage. Videos were in mp4 format with a choice of either H.264 or H.265 format. You can record in either 1080 or 4K at up to 60 fps. Photos and video came out amazing. Initial setup was simple, and I was immediately prompted to install a sizable update. After the update I was in business. My first flight was at work. The controls were intuitive and easy to figure out. As I flew the drone around it was remarkable how easy and effortless it was to pilot. Movements were smooth and this showed in the quality of the video and photos. There were no fast movements, judders, or other issues. The obstacle avoidance system is nice to have, and it gives you the option to allow the drone to bypass the obstacle to fly around it or to brake and hover or to turn it off. I leave it turned on since I don’t want to lose the drone to something I may not see as I pilot it around. Going back and forth from storage to use is quick and easy and the included case is smaller than the case for my DSLR. I’ve since had the drone out for several flights now and each time I’m amazed at not only the quality of the drone and remote, but of the photos and video. The wow factor is amazing. I can’t wait to take this on my Alaskan cruise next year. I should be able to get some nice pictures and video I would otherwise not be able to get. If you’re looking for a good drone, this is definitely one.

This gift i purchased two year ago and has been flying strong until just resentle i need to return for a new . And they return the 4 pro Super happy with the drone but i think i. Going to get a refurbished air 3

First off, this thing is a miniature beast. Coming from a few of the Phantoms and the Mavic 2 Pro, I'm amazed at how much they have packed in to such a small and light package. Here are some of the highlights coming from someone switching from the full sized options. Flight time is incredible. The fly more combo comes with 3 batteries conveniently nestled into a charging station. The flight time with the plus batteries are advertised at 45 minutes each and I'm getting pretty close to that while testing. Combined this is plenty of time in the air to grab all the shots you might want on a single outing. Super impressed. The added cameras allow obstacle avoidance that the previous versions weren't able to do. Sometimes it can be a bit more cautious than I would like it to be, but that is better than the alternative. The RC 2 controller is a joy to work with. I hate having to attach my phone, so having a dedicated monitor built in is definitely the way to go. The O4 video transmission is rock solid and a huge improvement over some of the earlier implementations. Overall the video feed is considerably better than what I've previously been used it. ActiveTrack is a nice little cheat code to have in your back pocket, it's like having a second operator that does all the hard work. This whole kit fits in one of the camera body slots in my backpack. It seems to handle winds a lot better than I would expect this little thing to. Overall this is a great tool to have in your arsenal. If portability and ease of access is important to you, look no further than the mini. It's jam packed with features, boasts incredible flight time and produces some killer images.

The drone is great but there was an issue with the pick up. Having picked up many items from the pick up window I often find that the notification does not come. When I get to the store the item is sitting there but no one notified us. This time after waiting an hour and a half to head to the store I expected that this was the case again. Kinda good- the young man at the pickup window was a bit unclear as to the location of the item. He told me I could go and eat and check back. Apparently it was still sitting in the case on the floor. The gentleman who got it out of the case and brought it to the pickup window was very helpful. Lastly when we finally were notified it took awhile to finish the family in front of us. They kept having other family members in to buy other products.

I was not to happy about the DJI drone for what I needed it for was nice to just fly around. But the over camera and remote for spots games not good switched it out for a song 6700 camera
