We have been experiencing some weird weather lately in my area, where it's either snowing or raining, but I was finally able to fly my drone! I had a little bit of trouble setting up the app, and trying to get it to connect to the phone. I looked at the tutorial on the controller, and I even went online to see if I can figure something out. I finally figured out the problem, and I don't know if this is for everyone, but for me, the DJI app I downloaded for my android from play store, did not work all that well and wasn't as responsive as going to the DJI website itself, and downloading the app from there. As soon as I downloaded the app from their website, everything worked perfectly! Now the only problem I have is apparently my drone did not come charged at all, so I literally had to charge the drone and the remote for an entire day. Finally, after everything was charged and my phone was connected to the app without any issues, I was able to fly the drone. It took some gorgeous videos and pictures of a house that I have that's in preconstruction. I was able to switch from remote to my cell phone and upload all the videos and pictures that I taken that day, then send them to a few people. They were amazed at how clear the pictures were and how good the videos played. I thought it was really crazy at how looking up at the sky to see if I can see the drone, to see that you can't see it even in the clearest of skies when it's at a certain height. With it being such a windy day, I really didn't get to fly as far as I wanted to, to see how far it will go before the battery died. I had to set course for the drone to start coming back. I had a microSD card that I tried to install, but apparently it didn't work, so I have to go to Best Buy, and get another one, specifically for this drone. As a first time drone owner, I really really love this one I have now! I can't wait to get back out there tomorrow when it's a lot warmer and less windy, to see how far I can go with it! The only problem I've been having with it so far, is when it's time to return back to takeoff spot, It kind of hovers over an area that it wasn't even close to when it took off, and I have to guide it over so it doesn't hit anything, but it's real minor. If you've never owned a drone before and you own the fence, the DJI mini Pro 4 is definitely something that's worth every dollar you spend on it!

I stepped up to this unit from a Mini - 2 and wow - what a step up! Where to start???? Ok - I will start with the controller. My Mini-2 used my cell phone as the screen and this controller has a gorgeous display that is sharp and easily read even with my near-sighted vision. The control sticks are very similar in responsiveness and the controls are almost exactly the same which made for a shorter orientation. This kit includes three batteries and a multi-battery charger (but no wall wart), spare propellers and screws (already used one set - more later). Not included, but highly recommended is a sun cover for the controller, a neck strap for the controller, a set of ND filters (the ones from DJI are top notch), a wall wart (30 amp recommended), and a high capacity micro-SD card (I have a 512 GB SanDisk Extreme Pro). Also recommended are spare propellers (DJI brand for smoothness), a removable landing gear set, a foldable landing pad, and a case to carry all of this. The supplied case will only carry what is included and you will need a bigger purpose built case to carry everything else needed. I am still learning all the capabilities of this craft, and on my first flight, I put it into some small tree branches. The instructions tell you that it might not avoid these type of obstacles and my experience is proof it does not see small branches. It will avoid larger objects, but be careful around trees. I suspect that if it was leaf season, it might have avoided the tree. The camera resolution is stunning and I am still on a learning curve to learn more of it's capability, but have been hampered by weather and work schedules and not had as much time to fly as I wanted. I am certain I will continue to be amazed by it's capability. Battery flight time is almost exactly as DJI specifies. I am not sure I want to spend extra money for the extended range battery (and that puts it over 249 grams) for the few extra minutes they provide. I am happy with the range delivered. I have only used the auto return to home function once as the battery was near depletion and it worked exactly as advertised with about 2 minutes left to spare. This is a highly customizable drone while remaining a novice friendly package. It will allow you to obtain professional looking results from a drone that costs a fraction of the big boy drones. Take the time to read the manual TWICE before you fly and understand what it can and cannot do. Understand the limits of collision avoidance and don't put it in those situations if you can avoid it. It already cost me one set of propellers, but thankfully not an entire drone. Make sure you purchase the add-on insurance from DJI. Two of my friends have already cashed in on it and I nearly had to on my first flight. If you are new to drones, practice in an open area well away from obstacles and make sure you understand how to get it back to you. You will be amazed by this drone - professional results at a hobby price!

Got this brand new yesterday. 1st flight went perfect and then it stopped working. I think I received a defective model. It way over heats, won't take an SD card and decided to just fly off on its own. Thankfully I was inside at the time of the 2nd flight. If I was outside who knows where it would've went

This drone had a problem and DJI keep sending me bad drones. This was the 3rd time they are sending drone that does not work. I am so sorry that I bought this garbage.

This is awesome. Can't wait for some better weather and longer daylight to get some serious time in with this. This is my 2nd DJI drone. My first one was the Phantom 3 and I ended up being scared to death to fly the thing around. It was so big and I just didn't trust myself to either lose it somewhere in the water or somehow destroy it or get in trouble with it. This one is so much smaller and compact. Technology has improved a lot and I really hope this will get me over the fear of flying it. So far so good. It's really steady, even with moderate winds. I haven't dared try it with heavy winds yet and we've had a lot of that here lately so I haven't been able to get the time in on this yet. The video quality at 4k is really good. I've done a lot of practicing in the house with it and the object detection has been flawless with it. I can't even reach up and grab it out of the air. It sees my hand as an object and jumps out of the way. The built in screen on the controller is really what sold me on this. It's so nice to not have to attach a phone, open an app, get it connected, etc. Just to fly it. This is instant gratification. You turn it on and it's ready to go. The screen is really high resolution and looks fantastic. The battery life is pretty much as rated - about 35 minutes and that this set came with 3 batteries is just awesome. I'm a photographer on the side (mostly wildlife) so I know I won't be chasing wildlife with this but when I want to stop and do something with the drone, I can be up and running it in about a minute. The carrying case it came with is pretty small so I ordered a larger one to keep everything safe and easier to remove. This is really an incredible drone and I just can't wait to really get comfortable with it and put it to some serious use. Just need to build up my own confidence. I can't think of a better drone to recommend. This is so much fun!!

Product is good. No doubt. But, don’t buy from best buy. They are scam. Take took 175 dollar as a restock fee. Worst service by best buy. They didn’t mention it when I returned.

Wouldn’t work so I returned the drone. I paid $400 cash down, that’s not even showing I paid up front!! What a joke! If this isn’t fixed I’ll never shop at a Best Buy ever again.

After just a couple of days, the drone stopped working. No replacement is in stock.

Cheap parts and can’t get Best Buy to fix any of it but at least the drone is good but getting service to get it fix it terrible

Absolutely great drone, especially for beginners. Has all the features you could want! The 4k video is fantastic, as is the stabilization. Also has collision avoidance and come to home features. Take offs and landings are a breeze with 1 button to press. Battery lasts about 35 minutes, but with the fly more pack obviously you have 3 of them.

The salesperson lied to me when I asked questions and was rude. and my online order got cancelled twice and i had to go to the store

Great Package for Enthusiast or Professional! The DJI Mini 4 Pro drone is simply the best ultralight (under 250gms) drone, hands down! It's ideal for either hobbyist or even professional use. It's available in different packages bundling controllers and batteries that allow you to trade off flying time vs FAA ultralight designation. There are two controllers available,one uses your phone as a screen and one has a built-in touchscreen. I opted for the 'Combo Plus' package, which includes the Mini 4 Pro, RC2 Controller (built-in screen), extra batteries, charger, assorted spare blades, and a case. The plus batteries put it over the FAA limit of 250gms, but add about 15min of flying time. I really like the RC2 controller, with the built-in touchscreen. It makes the whole unit more compact and doesn't tie up my phone. Quick note: The 'plus' battery puts the drone over the 250gm limit, which means you have to register with the FAA ($5). Other than that, there is no difference in the rules and responsibilities for the drone or drone operator. Whether over or under 250gms, the rules are exactly the same. Before I talk about the Mini 4 Pro, I want to mention that this is one bundle worth getting. Generally, bundles include stuff that you may never or rarely use. Not this one! In addition to the RC2 controller and Mini 4 Pro, it adds: - two plus batteries for a total of three - a rapid charger that charges up to three batteries sequentially almost twice as fast as charging in the drone itself. It also has a charging port for phone, controller, etc. - three spare sets of blades and tool - two charging/download cables, usbc-usbc and usba-usbc - nice padded case to hold it all All really useful stuff! DJI has done a good job of packing the Anafi with features found in more expensive drones. It has an absolutely stellar 4K camera that will can be physically rotated for horizontal or vertical format (tiktok vs youtube). The stabilization is excellent and with 10 bit color/dlog, the video quality is punching way above class. There are four optical sensors for collision avoidance with 360 degree monitoring. There are a bunch of flight modes for all occasions. The collision avoidance can be set to simply stop (default), or try to go around. In addition to operator controlled flight, there is pre-programmed autonomous flight mode and follow mode. Operator controlled flight is easy, the controls are intuitive and nothing happens too quickly. Return to home worked well on my first test flight, I sent the drone off to tour the park nearby, then had it find it's way home over the roof of my house. It landed next to me. I was able to try out follow mode, having the drone follow me on my bike. It kept up at 15mph. I did ride under a couple of trees and the Mini 4 Pro successfully avoided them, circling just outside the leaf line while keeping me in view. Awesome! In short, the DJI Mini 4 Pro is a professional drone in a ultralight, hobbyist body. I definitely recommend the RC2 controller/plus package with it, it is a really good value. Whether you're an enthusiast, blogger, or budding professional, the DJI Mini 4 Pro Combo Plus package should be first in line for your consideration. Highly recommended!

The DJI mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo Plus is a great drone package if you want to have everything you need to fly for a long time. The DJI mini 4 Pro drone itself is a marvelous package of technology rolled into a small portable drone that falls under the FAA’s 249g requirement to get a license. What this means is that you do not need to have a FAA Part 107 pilot license to operate this drone recreationally. Note that if you do plan on profiting off this drone or performing work for a non-profit, you will need the Part 107 license. If you are just taking personal photography and tracking, you are good if you obey all local restriction rules. And this is where the RC-2 controller is excellent. The built-in screen allows you to keep your cellphone in your pocket and see all the GPS satellites available, Google Maps, and best of all, automatic notifications of local restrictions when you power on the drone and remote and lock in some GPS satellites. The mini 4 Pro drone does a great job hovering in place in windy situations and add the famous DJI gimbal and your photos and videos will be stable in all conditions. The different tracking modes work extremely well and do a good job tracking the specified subject while avoiding obstacles in their way. This drone is really a drone you want to get if you want to just focus on capturing your desired pictures and videos without having to worry about losing the drone. Return to Home feature is a blessing that allows you to just have the drone return to the takeoff point if you lose line of sight with the drone. Included in this package are 3 extra long flight time batteries rated at 45 mins of flight time per battery. It also includes a charger that will charge all three batteries serially. A Power Delivery USB-c charger is not included, but if you have a modern cell phone that handles 20W or more, you are set. Also, everything is contained in a nice compact leather case. Being in such a portable leather case means you are more likely to carry it everywhere with you. The only problem I see is that because of the tight fit of everything in the leather pouch, you need to remove the screw in thumb sticks of the controller. I am envisioning losing these thumb sticks forever if they fall onto the ground or in the grassy knoll in the dark. Extra thumb sticks are not included. All in all, this is a great package if you just want to get a drone with a quick learning curve and want to take exciting pictures and videos, this package is worth the money for the built in screen controller, batteries, and carrying case.

I purchased this item for my husband and he absolutely loves it. This is his first drone. He loves how the image looks almost pristine. He mentioned how well the tutorial was to get everything started was so simple and well done. He still has more to play around with as for taking pics and recording. He hasn't done that but is excited to try once he learns how to. The battery pack has lasted quite a bit and he loves he has extra batteries as back up. Hes more excited to take it on family trips we plan coming soon.

This is my first drone and I couldn't have made a better decision. You need to get the controller with the built-in screen and the extra batteries. My only complaint is that you don't get a charger. Don't bother getting an SD card for the controller either because it won't record to it directly. Otherwise this drone is the bomb! So many features and easy to use. Even if you lose signal with the drone it will come back and land automatically! So glad I picked this model for my first drone. Very happy with it ✅

This Pro 4 combo kit is awesome. Come with everything you need to get started. Three long-life batteries are a huge plus. This drone is easy to fly. The RC 2 controller tells you everything to do and has tons of information on your screen. This is my first drone, so I was very pleased to see how easy it is to operate. DJI products are high quality.

This drone is way better then I ever thought. The camera is amazing, the sensors, the batteries, everything that it comes with is top notch. If you're reading this then you were in my shoes trying to decide, GET IT!! You won't regret it!!

Yess!! Even better camera quality! And very much needed all around sensors!! mini 3 was great! But sometimes scary to fly around things without sensors to the sides! But! They did their homework
