It is an excellent Travel Camera, and the picture quality is beyond expectations. I own many DJI products, and this complements it well. I decided to upgrade from DJI Action 2 due to the 1/1.3 sensor. Its image quality is superior and has fewer overheating issues. The only concern is the voice command. It doesn't seem to recognize "stop recording," however often I say it. Otherwise, it's a great buy.

Overall 5star rating. 1st day using the camera as an all day camera to record my table while vending and it worked perfectly. I did have issues day 2 with overheating but I think that was due to my charging setup. wish it came with more accessories or was a little cheaper.

I use this while traveling, and recording live DJ and performance sets. Feature rich. only thing I wasnt a fan of is the DJI Mimo app doesnt allow you to transfer video to a specific destination path on your phone or tablet. Otherwise, the color profile D-log, manual settings, front display, touchscreen is silky smooth, and ability to save profiles to switch between is great. image stabalization works wonders. lastly the ability to connect to other DJI products like the dji Mics makes its super simple.

The DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro is simply amazing. The 4K video quality is crisp and vibrant, even in challenging lighting conditions. The stabilization is outstanding — footage stays smooth whether I’m biking, running, or on the water. The front and rear touchscreens are bright and responsive, making it easy to frame shots and adjust settings on the go. Battery life is solid, and the camera is rugged and waterproof, ready for any adventure. For anyone looking for a GoPro alternative, this is a top-notch choice.

Love this Camera, I have used several GoPro and this DJI has been the simplest. I really like the low light feature, late in afternoon I would have to stop filming with GoPro but the Action 5 Pro is excellent. The only thing I would say about it that I don’t like is the magnetic mount. It works great but with some jarring it will pop loose. Overall I’d buy this camera over the GoPro every time.

I chose this this over the Go-Pro and I am glad that I did. I had no issue with this at all. I use this for mainly bike riding ( for safety ) to and from work and there are a lot of bumps on the way and very windy when I cross the bridge. With the protective frame on and the balancer on I hear no wind and see a smooth no bumpy ride to and from work. The battery last for me last a little over and hour as I set the camera to 2k 60FPS with no over heating or shutting off. The battery can last a lot longer if you choose the right resolution and FPS.

This is my first action camera and I am thoroughly impressed with it so far. I have been using it as a dash-camera and also mounted on a short selfie stick for filming while walking around. The resolution on this thing is incredible for the small size of the device. And the set-up is simple, easy to understand and yet provides a pretty impressive range of video options given the price. I have had issues with it overheating while functioning as a dash-cam and finally found the right settings to be able to capture 45 minutes to an hour of footage without the unit shutting down. The most important issue for me was to turn off the WiFi once I was ready to start filming. That really calmed the processor down and helped keep the camera cool enough. The dash-cam use I plan for the unit is on road trips where I am driving through some interesting scenery. I don't plan to use the unit as a full-time dash camera since I don't think it's a good fit for that (primarily because of the overheating issue). I will probably limit my videos to half an hour to an hour when I'm driving through some mountain scenery, for example. I already have a fairly comprehensive camera set up for taking stills so I don't envision using Action 5 Pro for that kind of thing although I have at least tried it to see what it can do. Again, as with video, the still photography capabilities are very impressive. If you're looking to get into using an action camera, or you're looking to upgrade an older unit, I can heartily recommend the Action 5 Pro.

This camera is amazing! It has been great when I am vlogging and also getting short form content. It is small so it can easily fit in my purse or pocket. The quality is amazing and also has great audio without using a microphone.

Fantastic camera. My husband is obsessed and takes it everywhere he goes. Great video quaility. It's small enough my husband often takes it in his pocket, our one comment on that is more often then not the camera will be turned off, but start recording in his pocket anyway? We aren't sure how it keeps happening and now have hours of pocket content. Otherwise awesome piece of tech.

This is an incredible product. The battery lasts a long time and the quality is outstanding. I'll use it for traveling because I know it will be very useful.

I recently bought the DJI - Osmo Action 5 Pro camera so that I could get some video footage while scuba diving in Cozumel, Mexico. The video from this camera was fantastic! I did watch a couple of YouTube videos to get some recommended settings from people that had taken it diving and those were helpful. I also purchased the waterproof case that allows the camera to be taken deeper. I ended up taking it down to 80-85ft. with no issues at all.

Record great for dirt biking and editing isn't complicated. I like thay the app for editing allows you to edit the footage before downloading it onto the phone.

Amazing little action that packs a big punch!! So easy to use right out of the box, and once you manually start trying things out, the possibilities are endless! We’ve been using this camera for our YouTube videos, and we are completely satisfied in every way with it and highly recommend it!!

Highly recommend this Action Camera. Takes good quality videos & pictures. Likes the way, how it supports both internal storage & external micro sd. Has Quick-Release Adapter Mount. Battery comes with almost 3-4 hours of single usage. Comes with wide-lens which is awesome. Like the low-light performance as well.
