Fantastic product for its price. However, I should note that I had to return the first one I received due to a jittering issue when flipping to vertical mode. I initially thought I wasn't balancing it correctly, but later realized it was a manufacturer defect. The replacement unit I received works flawlessly. Hopefully it lasts. Also, the Mimo app is not particularly great. Feels a bit third-party-y.

This thing is amazing. I've used it for several videos and I'm starting to prefer using this with my iPhone over my Professional DSLR with my shoulder rig!

Love how compact this gimbal is! Love how easy it is to switch between landscape and portrait modes. Don't love that it's a little hard to tell when I actually have balanced correctly, so sometimes mid-footage I find that even though it felt balanced with my moment lens and a counterweight that I get a message from within the DJI Memo app that says "balance your camera"... It IS nice that there is a counterweight screw port. Honestly it may be only a half-star reduction - but if this were easier I'd go 5 stars.

It’s crazy how smooth video comes out with this. Never used a gimbal before and it’s wonderful! Love this so much.

Crazy good. My “techy” boyfriend loves it! It shoots amazingly smooth when running up stairs. It also comes with cool preset video montages.

Easy to use gimbal, pretty much anyone can pick this up and use it with ease. We have some privacy concerns regarding the app, which is required for some of the features to work correctly.

We use this to get better shots for our Personal Training business. It’s a breeze to setup and use. Also great for pet action shots!
