Overall good product. Instructions were a little difficult to understand for set up. Not what I expected out of the product, but I will continue to use it. Zoom feature does not seem to work.

Used it less than 5 times and toss it in my drawer. Sometimes it's a bit hard to set up and the performance is not that impressive. End up using my own hand as stabilizer.

Opened it, the holder doesn't fit my phone very well. Maybe DJI should release iphone cases that are compatible. But the gimbal itself worked quite well.

It was difficult to get it balance. Won’t I got balance it was okay. They next day I couldn’t get balance again. I think I’m going to return it as it took to long going thru to get it stable.

Good gimbal but the application that accompanies it is just not that good. This my first DJI product that i had to return. I wish it can just use the phone camera application.

I bought this and then the next gen came out. It doesn’t stay aligned correctly. Not a bad gimble but the next gen is better.

Very good tutorials on you tube on the great features but it has quite a learning curve. App is very large. Overall it's a good product.

I have used better gimbals before DJI has really good products usually but for me this wasn’t up to the mark!!

Works well on iPhone 11 Pro, but there is an odd hindersnce to the roll and you can see the gimbal in the widest lens, if balanced correctly.

I loved the device but hated that there was no wide shot option when recording or live streaming. other than that, the device is flawless.

This is not like a selfie stick. It won't extend. Yes it do some automation adjust on focusing and app features but not worth $160 in my opinion

Don’t buy this now! Had I reviewed this before the recent firmware update, I would have given it 5 Stars. Now, if I could give it less than 1 Star I would. Previously, it performed as anyone would expect. That is to say, if you rotated the position of the gimble clockwise or counterclockwise, it would maintain the position of the phone relative to the horizon. Now, the phone rotates with the gimble. What good is that? It is impossible to pan or walk without it rotating thus ruining stable footage. This gimble is completely useless until it is fixed in the next firmware. Don’t buy it until they fix it. If they don’t fix it soon, don’t ever buy it. I really enjoyed this for a month and used it for some fun projects. Now I hate the sight of it. Are you listening DJI?

I like it but it is heavy and the price is not right for what it is. Get it on deep sale.

Response time is very slow compared to other models I have tried for my phone. Might as well use your hands.

sometimes activity worked on button controls and then sometimes it had a mind of it's own.

This is harder to use hen expected. it is not intuitive to use. The instruction were not helpful.

Works okay with mid size phone. Has trouble holding phone with case. Difficult if you want to protect your phone and use gimbal.

Not extremely easy to use, but it may be because my phone is too large

This did not work out for my 11Pro Max. I was later told that it will work for the 11 Pro.
