Poor sound quality with the DJI Mimo app

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Samsung Note 9, recently purchased the DJI Osmo 3 gimbal, and downloaded the DJI Mimo app. The gimbal is a useful tool. The app is not ready for prime time, however. When recording video with the gimbal and Mimo app, the sound quality is badly distorted. It sounds like I'm recording in a tunnel, with artifacts, clicks and pops. If I use the gimbal and record using the phone's native video recording app, the audio is fine. The microphone also works well with other recording apps. I went to the DJI user portal and found a thread about this dating from last fall, with no response from DJI.

Overheating and micro vibration

In less than 15 mins my iPhone (iPhone X and 6s) was overheated and turned to emergency mode. After I was editing the short videos, second fatal issue appeared, there were so many micro vibration in the video so I couldn’t use the video, and occasionally one big vibration During a few minutes recording (Along with many micro vibrations) Maybe I got a defective product, or it couldn’t work with iPhone, I don’t know.

BestBuy is filtering and skewing reviews

What is worse they make you jump hoops to write a review. you have to keep logging in, and agree to receive a verification code onto your cellphone etc. Maybe its BestBuy's goal to make it very difficult to post negative reviews. The questions should would you recommend this and Bestbuy to your friend and the answer is no to both

Does not work on heavier phones

Watched iTunes videos and still won’t work. Replaced it, watched videos, used an it guy and still don’t work. Sitting on a shelf as a paper weight no. Temperamental garbage
