Unfortunately this was not compatible with my Samsung Fold 5 so I will be returning it. I did some research before and it appeared that it would be compatible but after trying it out, the phone is too thick and heavy. Ive seen this thing in action with the iphone and it seemed pretty cool but looks like i will need to keep searching for a brand a actually compatible with Samsung.

Easy to connect but the programming was lagging and it was too much cost for the product itself for the value. Hard to use and not worth it in my opinion.

After 14 days could no longer charge it. Returned.

Steady picture quality for typical everyday use. Not meant for active use, for example, while running. However it did hold a steady image! It is certainly heavy with an iphone 14 pro…but for typical consumer use it is great!

It's great, very easy to handle and I can take family photos and be all in them.

Bought this to help record some training i was going through and it work flawlessly. Now i can go back to review anything i didnt catch the first time around.

Cool features, works good and fast. Not feeling the limited motion with tilt locked. Your phone WILL tilt if you move the wand up or down passed a certain point. Not a true tilt lock, like the Osmo Pocket device.

I've used it for business and personal reasons and both have been great. Slight learning curve with all the functions, but works great.

The app doesn't work very well for Android devices. The app camera quality isn't as good as my device camera. The app camera doesn't have electronic stabilization like my device camera, so even with the Osmo it's less stable than just using the device camera in handheld. Overall, I felt like this was an overpriced tripod. My videos were super choppy and completely unusable. I had to return the item because I was so unhappy with it.

I originally bought this for an s23 ultra and it didnt work it ended up toppling over with and without a case so if you wanted to use this with a case i recommend the zhiyun smooth 5s i recently been using it and works without a problem has stronger motors and lights also i feel like dji is very biased they make apps mainly for ios or iphones but i do not recommend for phones that are bigger and way more.

This gimbal is worth it to be under $200. Magsafe feature is quick and easy also.

I was not a fan of this item very glitchy often end up not using because its so buggy.

Happy at first…. But stopped working in March 3rd. Started acting erratically.

When using the DJI Mic Minis, this makes the stability wonky, and it begins to work. It makes no sense to make and sell a product together for them not to be compatible.

Using it with my iPhone 12 Pro and the motor is very weak. I need to be careful on how I maneuver my movement otherwise the motor will give out and I have to reset the position. It’s works fine when holding it upright but other certain basic movement it will throw the motor out of wack. The price for this product should be below $100. I bought it for the DJI brand.

I recently purchased this after reading and seeing so many positive videos but I need to be honest. I find the gimbal to be complicated. It is very confusing and difficult to remember the combinations to rotate, zoom, record and switch from front to back phone camera. My phone also was not stabilized like all the YouTube videos. I wish I did not get this item.
