It doesn't support the weight of the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra (without case). Super disappointed.
It also doesn't work with magsafe at all as the piece used to hold your phone is magnetic as well and works against the magsafe.

The employees and managers are scammers forcing people to buy Best Buy plus even when you don’t want it.
The managers seem to be useless to do anything helpful. They seem to be just a waste of time to even talk to them.
