I love my Gimbal. I don’t like how I ordered 2 camera systems prior that did not get delivered and Best Buy has refused to replace or refund. It makes everything I buy feel like I shouldn’t.

It’s a excellent product very functinal, Yes, I would buy it again and I recommend it.

Outstanding product, the ability to charge your phone while using it is a game changer.

Cannot cancel order through bestbuy customer service, nor changing shipping address. Very disappointed about their decisions on chosing an AI that isn’t fully capable of making any changes of the order, and refuse to connect with a representative. It’s a waste of your customers’ time.

Overall was not impressed. Have had others in the past which were much easier to use and got better results. Ended up returning

The gimbal itself is good, but it requires too much effort for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy.

This is an always connected device you can not unbox and setup in a remote location and use all features without internet and the dji app. i might assume the dji app may require a login. they private messaged me on aamzon and let me know that half of the features don't work AFTER i bought here.

Arrived with a faulty battery and no charger. The charging cord was standard, but the warranty was very specific with the voltage and no instructions on how to know what kind of charger to plug it in to. I give it one star because BestBuy allowed the item to be returned.

I’ve gotten DJI Gimbals in the past and I have a lot of different DJI equipment but this one was disappointing. I had a hard time locking on to people and the AI assisted would lock on to random people in the background while filming.

I recently purchased an open-box one from Best Buy, and it arrived missing a crucial cable. I contacted online customer service, who assured me that my local store could easily resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. When I went to the Secaucus Best Buy, the employee I spoke with was completely unhelpful. Instead of providing the correct replacement cable, they offered me a long, dirty, and completely inappropriate cable that was clearly not meant for my device. This is unacceptable! Not only was the item incomplete, but the local store's response was unprofessional and disrespectful. It's clear that Best Buy has no quality control for their open-box items and that their customer service is seriously lacking. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and will be hesitant to purchase anything from Best Buy again, especially open-box items. I strongly advise others to avoid the same frustration and look elsewhere.

Device kept on resetting and phone wasn’t able to stay . And when it worked, the gimbal was to slow on following the action

This thing rarely works as intended. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable. The app requires you to do training to make sense of the gimbal, when the features sometimes decide to work out of the app other times not at all. Doesn't work at all with my Apple Watch, and my iPhone 16 Pro seems to heavy for the mount.

Will not hold my phone level. Motors are weak. Samsungv23 ultra with dji mic system will not hold if not perfectly positioned

This thing is hard to use. I have tried numerous times and it is not intuitive at all. I give up.

It literally shakes when you record, i would rather use a stick from outside to record videos. Also the tracking sucks it literally doesnt follow the items, rather it follows it for a second then tracks something else. It better to buy it from Tiktok shop where its $50 not over $100

Not a fan! Very complex and had a difficult focusing the selfie stick when using it. Would not recommend.
