This thing rarely works as intended. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable. The app requires you to do training to make sense of the gimbal, when the features sometimes decide to work out of the app other times not at all. Doesn't work at all with my Apple Watch, and my iPhone 16 Pro seems to heavy for the mount.

Will not hold my phone level. Motors are weak. Samsungv23 ultra with dji mic system will not hold if not perfectly positioned

This thing is hard to use. I have tried numerous times and it is not intuitive at all. I give up.

It literally shakes when you record, i would rather use a stick from outside to record videos. Also the tracking sucks it literally doesnt follow the items, rather it follows it for a second then tracks something else. It better to buy it from Tiktok shop where its $50 not over $100

Not a fan! Very complex and had a difficult focusing the selfie stick when using it. Would not recommend.

The telescoping rod on this new gimbal is amazing and allows for much more interesting video. My only complaint is that this gimbal is not updated to the new samsung galaxy 25Ultra. There is no capability to video ultra wide angle which is what many people will want to do.

Honestly exceeded my expectations. The build on the gimbal is solid and sturdy and the electronics have worked perfect. They took everything that was bad about the last model and perfected it. The mini light is very powerful for its size and the tracking works decent enough to record hands free

It’s an awesome tool for taking great photos and videos! I use mine for gym videos. Highly recommended!

Just purchased this dji osmo mobile 7p. It was very easy to setup and at first I wasn’t able to pair my dji mic 2 but after the firmware update it is compatible! I’m going to enjoy the active tracking feature and definitely get some good use out of this

I have not purchased this item, but there is a reason for not doing so. The width and depth of the phone holder is not large enough to hold m- iPhone with an Otter Box Defender Pro case. I am not willing to remove my phone from it's case, and leave it unprotected when using a gimbal of any type. One small fall of bump and the phone would be damaged. And that is the reason for not purchasing this gimbal. Check phone measurement width nd depth with case on it and read specs before buying. DJI is losing sales because of this I am sure (at least mine)...

The employees are absolutely terrible. They force you to buy Bestbuy plus with every purchase and every visit until I have finally had enough. They are scamming their customers to meet their useless quotas.
