Wow this is awesome and super easy to use. It even charges my phone as I record..it tracked my daughter as I walk with our me even trying.. highly recommend this product

Best Buy, do better

But Best Buy’s customer service is seriously lacking. I’ve never had a single purchase go completely smoothly. When I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P, the official website clearly stated there would be a $25 reward. In-store, the associate confirmed it would be applied to my account automatically. Weeks passed — nothing. I spent over two hours dealing with customer support. They confirmed the promotion, promised the reward would be added — and still, nothing was applied to my account. It’s extremely frustrating to be a loyal customer, follow all the rules, and still be ignored when something goes wrong. Great product. Terrible customer follow-through.

They took about 30 minutes to discuss what I was looking for what I needed. They took care of me very well and I highly recommend working with Best Buy teams.
