Great device. It is my first DJI product and it is a sturdy device. It is made of materials that will last. I could go on about how great it is but I will simply address one thing. It works okay for the iPhone 7 Plus. I wish had more power to support the bigger phones.

Because of the stabilization of the lens in the IPhone 10 it results in a conflict with the gimbal of the Osmo. Even if it did work the battery life was inconsistent and did not last as long as advertised.

First of, the build quality is amazing with the magnesium alloy. Upcoming version 2 will be all plastic. Works great especially with the newer phones like the iPhone X with the 4k ability. ONLY downside for this gimbal is the 4 hour battery life.

I use this with my iphone7 and i'm shooting videos like i've never done before. I feel like i can shoot a tv commercial with this! the dji let you shoot in lots of angle without the back pain and face tracking is awesome! you can get in the shots without asking someone else to hold the camera

I purchased this originally and soon after thought that I would need the features of the regular Osmo version with the camera included. Stick to the mobile version the Osmo and Osmo+ have issues syncing to the iPhone where as this uses the iPhone's camera directly so there's no lag.

I purchased this device to track my daughter playing soccer. It tracked for a little bit but once she got into a group of people and or at a distance it lost the tracking. It tracked well at distances less than 15 - 20 feet without lots of activity.

The bad part is Osmo is mixing the video and makes cuts and i cant adjust it. The video will turn out bad that way. A way around it is to only use Osmo for balacing the video, so i suggest disonnection the app, and use the phone by itself.

This piece of junk has been a headache since I bought it. Software is garbage and don't get me started on how you can not use a larger iphone of galaxy phone. I even made a counter weight to try to get this to work. Had to buy a smaller phone and even then it sucks with regard to synching and the horrible software. Went with a different brand for half the price and it works 100times better

If you are a vloger and want the camera to follow you then great. If you are taking vid while walking around town great. Dont buy if you want to use it as a regular camera/recorder.

I purchased this to use with my Samsung Galaxy S7 and the software for the device was absolutely terrible.. Lost signal multiple times and had to reset the entire device and reboot the program. Other than that the device itself worked well the motors were quiet giving no sound on the video but still had the couple of mishaps where the joystick wouldn't work and the device didn't move side to side.. returned it.

This is a simple device. Use it to keep your camera stable while filming. I have an iPhone 7 plus, and the combination is pretty amazing. I have shot some basic interviews and the results have been outstanding.

You can use it to stabilize the phone to take pictures as well as videos. It have zoom in and out features with the app. You don't need the app to have to use it. But it good to get the app to do special features sure as the zoom and out.

It all depends on exactly what you're looking for. If you want smooth shots of your kids playing around the house, you're golden. If you're looking to make a masterpiece, you better shoot it all in one room.

Bought for my 6 Plus. Works great to stabilize the image. DJI app with Active Track is a great operating environment. Just make sure whatever housing you use for your phone will fit in the Osmo's holder.

I'm really impressed with most everything DJI puts out. This is no exception. I especially like the tracking. Although I wasn't too happy to find they release version 2 just after I bough it.

This gimbal has awesome features to use with your smart phone. Great product! Only downside is that the Bluetooth connection when connected drains the phone battery really quick. Other than that, it has an awesome built in app!

Easy to set up. There are reviews that mention shuttering around the edges if using an iPhone 6 or higher. This is found to be true, but only noticeable if really looking for it. Not a major problem, and will probably be corrected.

Purchased the Osmo to film my runs, works great and is light weight. Just beware if you have an iPhone 7 the rear camera with give you a semi choppy image because of the iPhone's stabilization.

The Osmo by DJI is a great tool to get clean steady videos with your phone! We tried it before we bought it and I was instantly sold on its features. Also this is our second DJI product and their customer service is excellent.

Loving the gimbal itself, but DJI really needs to step up their app. The DJI GO app just isn't up to par on android OS in comparison to iOS (apple). It's really disappointing to say the least.
