Great craftsmanship. Im a DJI fan and the only reason for a 1 star is that it does not work with iPhone 7+. The cameras optical image stabilization fights with the Osmo's causing blurry videos.

Feels solid, has good software features. Low quality bag. The base should be included for that price. One star for price and another for customer support.

DJI has superior products but fell behind on this one. Doesn't work with larger phones. First one I bought was broken out of the box...

This product came and was giving me an error light and doesnt work. Very disappointing out of the box.

Responsiveness just isn't there. I would've returned it by now I just haven't gotten the chance yet.

I tried really hard to like this. I've had a different gimbal for a gopro that was half the price so I thought this would do really well. There is no auto-balance like other gimbals and my iPhone 7 plus has to be removed from the case to get it to fit. I spent many hours using it trying to force myself to be happy with the results but in the end, the results was not worth the purchase. Balance was off so many times. Trying to re-balance in the middle of a shoot wasted so much time and missed shot opportunities I could no longer get back. I could have done better handheld many times. Unfortunately I just missed the 15 day return policy when I finally said it wasn't worth all the hassle. So I'm kind of stuck with it now, or can sell it at little bit of a loss which always sucks.

When it was working it was amazing but when it started having issues it was useless.

Worked ok but slow os and dji isn’t updating anymore sooooo now what

I didnt like that the gimbal did not rotate the entire 360 degrees.

I love DJI but this isn't powerful enough to hold there weight of a large phone. I was using the iPhone 7 plus and could not get it to support the size of the phone consistently. Smaller phones would be perfect. Hope they make another with a larger motor.

I bought this to stabilize my iPhone 7s plus. The unit does not fit my iPhone with the life proof case on it so I returned it. It does fit without the case, but I'm not willing to risk taking the case off the phone every time I want to use the stabilizer.

It was hard to figure out. Didn't seem to sync correctly via Bluetooth, the app was challenging and kept losing connectivity. Frustration built up and I ended up returning it after a week of trying.

Not at all worth the $300 I paid for it. It's nothing more than a upscale selfie stick. You have to buy other accessories just to get the effects it advertises. Again, not worth $300. I took it back for refund. Thanks Best Buy.

I had rented the big brother Osmos and loved it, the down side to this model is it has no memory card. Everything is on your IPhone, eats memory and difficult to move
