    after 4 months of use battery stopped working! Best Buy won't do anything other than send me to Geek Squad and trying to get the DJI manufacturer warranty is a nightmare you need a lawyer to read pass all the fine print! its ridiculous, I did some research and it seemed this is a common problem that they seem to want to ignore. In fairness the quality is actually good.

    Jittery when o do pan right or left

    I know that dji is doing amazing thing with its products but from my point of views this osmo 3 its not what I expected. I see a lot of jittery when I do pan right or left. I ended returning it because I think my samsung s23 do better on videos I known it has D-Log wich is something thwt make the osmo 3 fantastic if you want to retouch your footage.

    Flawed Device - Poor Battery Charging

    This device requires a high current USB-C charger. I tried two different high quality GaN USB-C chargers for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPad Pro that deliver over 2 Amps of current and it wouldn't charge. These same chargers will charge a multiple other devices without issue. DJI makes many other great devices that I own, but I can't recommend this one. It is fundamentally flawed.

    Don’t order I got proof they sent an email that my order was canceled. Still haven’t got my refund. It’s been two weeks.

    Just sent it in for repair. Screen stuck on the logo screen. It has been less than 3 months. Never dropped or knocked. Not worth the price!

    Horrible never got item and Best Buy refused to refund or reship item when the shipping told them they can’t locate item and law enforcement don’t do anything for items under a 1000 dollars nor can they locate item

    the camera great! Best Buy, NOT SO GREAT! I AM STILL ON A NOW 3+ HOUR PHONE CALL THAT IS NOT GOING WELL. TO PU IT MILDLY......I WILL NOT BE RE-UPPING MY TOTAL CARE MEMBERSHIP IN A FEW MO

    Horrible customer support. I ordered an expensive DJI camera on the 11th of December and still haven't gotten it. Apparently a "refund" has been processed but to this day I still haven't gotten anything. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with customer service and am being told the "backend" team is still reviewing it 5 weeks later. Im sure this will get deleted. If you are going to buy something from Best Buy it should be purchased in person and not over the internet.

    Just today, I was going to take it out to record some material, but there was no display on the screen. I thought it was out of power, but it turned out that it couldn't be charged, and there was no response.
