Not been able to use the purchase since it does not include some vital component which were not added

Horrible never got item and Best Buy refused to refund or reship item when the shipping told them they can’t locate item and law enforcement don’t do anything for items under a 1000 dollars nor can they locate item

Just sent it in for repair. Screen stuck on the logo screen. It has been less than 3 months. Never dropped or knocked. Not worth the price!

Horrible customer support. I ordered an expensive DJI camera on the 11th of December and still haven't gotten it. Apparently a "refund" has been processed but to this day I still haven't gotten anything. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with customer service and am being told the "backend" team is still reviewing it 5 weeks later. Im sure this will get deleted. If you are going to buy something from Best Buy it should be purchased in person and not over the internet.

I had been hovering the idea of getting a dji for a while & glad I finally convinced myself. It's so convenient & easy to use. I haven't' figured out all of the specific settings to have in place & the quality is already amazing

Just today, I was going to take it out to record some material, but there was no display on the screen. I thought it was out of power, but it turned out that it couldn't be charged, and there was no response.

The built-in 3-axis gimbal produces butter-smooth movement that would normally require a dedicated operator. For run-and-gun documentary work or guerrilla-style narrative shoots, this thing is gold. The 1-inch sensor handles low light surprisingly well, and the tracking features mean I can operate solo when needed. What sealed it for me: the form factor. I can pull this out of my pocket and capture B-roll or establishing shots without the production overhead. When you're working with micro-budgets, every setup minute costs money you don't have.

I bought an open box priced item and it actually was all sealed up with all the original accessories. Maybe it was discounted because the box was barely scuffed up? This shoots 4k d- log, 120 fps slow motion in 10 bit, face tracking, product focus, time lapse, excellent low light, great sound, one inch sensor on a gimbal that all fits in your pocket! I owned the first generation of the Osmo Pocket, which in itself was fantastic at the time and I still use it, but this is completely 900 times improved and the image is unbelievable.

I bought this camera for my wife as a travel vlogger. It's a great camera. The quality is top tier. I would suggest buying all the protective gear you can because it is fragile.

I do travel content and it’s pretty annoying having to carry around all my different gadgets. Decided to order this and it’s been game changing. Camera + gimbal all in one and it’s small so perfect for on the go

Nice little pocket camera that you can take everywhere as long as you are careful with water or breaking it. Just be gentle . Motion lapses and video tracking is why I got it and it works beautiful. I don't need the wireless mic
