I know that dji is doing amazing thing with its products but from my point of views this osmo 3 its not what I expected. I see a lot of jittery when I do pan right or left. I ended returning it because I think my samsung s23 do better on videos I known it has D-Log wich is something thwt make the osmo 3 fantastic if you want to retouch your footage.

Functional and satisfying. The sound quality is crisp.

So far, so good. Nothing bad about it. I enjoyed that the camera powered off by itself.

This device requires a high current USB-C charger. I tried two different high quality GaN USB-C chargers for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPad Pro that deliver over 2 Amps of current and it wouldn't charge. These same chargers will charge a multiple other devices without issue. DJI makes many other great devices that I own, but I can't recommend this one. It is fundamentally flawed.

Screen rotation stuck in portrait after 3 hours of use. It's a known defect after checking online.

Horrible never got item and Best Buy refused to refund or reship item when the shipping told them they can’t locate item and law enforcement don’t do anything for items under a 1000 dollars nor can they locate item

Just sent it in for repair. Screen stuck on the logo screen. It has been less than 3 months. Never dropped or knocked. Not worth the price!

This item was bought on my credit card fraudulently I reported it before the item was picked up, but you released it anyways great business model you have

Horrible customer support. I ordered an expensive DJI camera on the 11th of December and still haven't gotten it. Apparently a "refund" has been processed but to this day I still haven't gotten anything. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with customer service and am being told the "backend" team is still reviewing it 5 weeks later. Im sure this will get deleted. If you are going to buy something from Best Buy it should be purchased in person and not over the internet.

Delayed delivery, problems with goods during transportation, unprofessional work

Just today, I was going to take it out to record some material, but there was no display on the screen. I thought it was out of power, but it turned out that it couldn't be charged, and there was no response.

I had been hovering the idea of getting a dji for a while & glad I finally convinced myself. It's so convenient & easy to use. I haven't' figured out all of the specific settings to have in place & the quality is already amazing

The built-in 3-axis gimbal produces butter-smooth movement that would normally require a dedicated operator. For run-and-gun documentary work or guerrilla-style narrative shoots, this thing is gold. The 1-inch sensor handles low light surprisingly well, and the tracking features mean I can operate solo when needed. What sealed it for me: the form factor. I can pull this out of my pocket and capture B-roll or establishing shots without the production overhead. When you're working with micro-budgets, every setup minute costs money you don't have.
