Gimbal broken

Best Buy doesn't have any in stock for exchange. Sending to DJI for replacement after talking to support. The gimbal does not come out of the storage position. It pops up a gimbal error and wants you to recenter it, but clicking the message does nothing. After a minute, the gimbal overheats. Manually moving the gimbal to center will allow it to work, but then it does not go to the storage position when switched off. This is brand new, straight out of the box. I haven't even used it, but was just trying to set it up. Mimo updated the firmware, but the problem persists.

My only word of caution is to be sure you don't skimp out on the memory card you use because it will NOT work with anything but the best.

Subpar performance

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldnt find the base dji 3 anywhere and opted for the pocket 3 for automotive video. i used a 3rd party car mount andwhile takingdecent video, its constantly shaky. you have to be moving very slow to get good footage. dont be fooled by all the videos recently poping up online about how good the quality is, if you cant edit a iphone video to look good, this isnt a magic catch all. overall, i cant recomend if you already own a mirrorless camera. It constantly disconects, and the mic settings leave alot to be desired.
