This camera is the ultimate convenience for vlogging. Small enough to be discreet and easy to handle. Built-in gimbal for smooth footage and can easily switch between landscape and vertical filming. Footage looks great too. Love it!

The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is a fantastic camera for creators who prioritize portability, image quality, and stabilization. It delivers excellent results in various lighting conditions and offers impressive creative features. However, the price tag might be a barrier for some, and the lack of weatherproofing and limited zoom should be considered. If you're a serious vlogger, traveler, or casual videographer seeking a powerful pocket camera, the Osmo Pocket 3 is definitely worth considering. But if you're on a tight budget or need a more rugged option, there might be better choices available.

Less than 30 days review... Best features are definitely the compactness, portability, low-profile. You can get amazing video, 4K quality after tweaking a few settings (note it defaults to 1080 video out of the box, which doesn't look good at all). Yes it has a built-in gimbal, but it does take a lot of getting used to. Specifically when you are learning how to track a subject. Auto-focus is decent, nothing close to Sony DSLR's though, but it does have active face tracking on gimbal, so that's a huge win for solo vloggers. So what are some cons? Well, for photos the Pocket 3 will get blown away by Pixel or iPhone smartphone cameras. Was not happy with the low performance for still photos, despite a bigger sensor than most smartphone cameras. The next biggest con was battery life. I feel like you always need to have the battery extender plugged in, otherwise keep your 4k video shoots under 1hr. Overall, if you learn how to get the most out of every feature, this video camera is the best bang for your buck. What it does not do however is replace a solid dslr camera or even your smartphone when it comes to pictures. Everything else is top notch!

I didn't want to fall for the hype, but I did! Its awesome, I love it, cant imagine my life with out it. I'm a dad that records memories and travels with my family and this little thing is everywhere I go! Such clean footage, works great indoors, low light, bright sun at the beach, everywhere! So easy to look like a pro! This aint no barrel style camcorder (Dadcam, lol) this thing makes your family videos look like you hired a cinematographer! There simply isnt a place this little gem doesn't shine! This will ALWAYS be a part of my camera bag!!

I’m a Dad, family life documentary guru and car enthusiast. I have been using the insta360 cameras for the last few years, but really wanted a low light option with higher resolution for my non 360 camera needs. I was torn between this camera and the ace pro. I LOVE insta360 so that was almost my default option, BUT! The mechanical gimbal stabilization over the digital stabilization is so much better in actual stabilization and video quality so I figured this camera was worth a shot. I also have a DJI drone, so I felt the footage would match up (color/quality wise) better with this camera as well. So as much as I didn’t want to love it, I actually love it! I had no idea what I was missing out on in low light performance. Not just night time shots, but inside the house videos, even in the daytime are often noisy with my other cameras, NOT THIS ONE! I guess my biggest shock is what I’ve been missing out on. Hyper crisp, detailed video in all lighting scenarios. From bars with friends to dinner parties with friends, this thing is awesome! I haven’t dabbled much yet in the nd filters, I may do a CPL for when I shoot car get togethers in the summer or boating with the family. But for now, right outta the box this thing is amazing. So portable and easy to always have with you, you won’t miss a thing if your like me and trying to document this fast paced parenting gig, there truly is no better option. So not just for vlogers, this camera is for everyone!

This camera is truly impressive with its excellent quality. The pictures it captures are clear and vibrant, showcasing sharp details and rich colors. The build feels sturdy, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to operate even for beginners. Overall, it's a fantastic camera that delivers outstanding performance and high-quality results.

I had the original Osmo Pocket and the Pocket 2. The gimbal stabilization and small form factor were excellent features. However, the small screen on those models was a problem for me. It was hard to judge exposure and composition. I occasionally ended up with video that was tilted down instead of straight ahead when I shot while walking. I didn’t discover this until reviewing the footage on my PC. And occasionally I did not discover that footage was over-exposed until reviewing the footage on my PC. I also found that navigating the menus was a little difficult on the small screen. For those reasons, I always wished for a Pocket with a larger screen without sacrificing too much on the small form factor. The Pocket 3 grants that wish and more. The larger screen is brighter and more detailed than the previous models. I can now judge exposure and composition while shooting. It is easier to navigate the menus. I like the way that the screen rotates vertically for more compact storage when the camera is off. When it is on, the screen can be rotated to shoot horizontally or vertically. Other items of note: >The Pocket 3 is a bit larger than the previous models but is still compact and pocketable. >The video from the new 1” sensor is noticeably improved over previous models. >I like that WIFI is built in to the base unit and doesn’t require a separate add-on piece like with the Pocket 1 and 2. >The accessories included in the Creator Combo are useful, especially the mic, the battery handle, and the tripod base.

My Only advice is...Just buy it. This thing is very easy to use. You get to carry the quality. The quality of a dealer in your pocket. If you want to go somewhere that does not allow cameras, you can. pull this out and people won't bother you. I love it. Son is great even without the microphone. The video quality is great.

Coming from owning the Pocket 1, and Pocket 2, this third version is a game changer and has improved the opportunities of the previous versions. Great Low-light capability, feels very solid/durable in hand, super smooth stability, the large screen is actually very usable on this version (was difficult on the 1st/2nd versions) and the Mic 2 is phenomenal!

What a fantastic product. Easy to use, transportable and easy to sync with any device. I personally love the quality I am receiving from this product and use it for the majority of my content creation.

Amazing video creation device! So portable, the quality is top notch and it could not be easier to use. My favorite feature is how easy it is to beam the videos to your phone on the go. The accessory bundle is also definitely worth it.

Im glad i bought mines before the price went up! But once you grab a black mist, wide lens & adjustable nd filter for this camera what a nice view to catch memories…. Convenient size to haul around!

Great Vlogging Camera and all the extra accessories you need to start. I love the flip screen option and the camera is smooth and records great in lowlight also plus more. Make sure to download the DJI app to update the firmware and there is a lot of tutorials on how to use the device and more. Overall 10/10

I must confess, I originally ordered the Pocket 3 camera directly from DJI, but they were on backorder for two or three months. Rather to my surprise, Best Buy actually had them in stock. After cancelling the DJI order and re-ordering with Best Buy, I had the camera in my hand in a couple of days. I have to say, I’m really happy with it. I’ve seen a lot of the hype reviews, but in this case the hype is justified an excellent camera for the cost. Thanks for the great service, BestBuy!
