Look inside when buying any open box items.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was amazed to see an open box of the very new Pocket 3 Creator Combo. We were on a day trip to the Dream Mall and saw that a store only 12 miles away had one. Well with traffic it was 55 mins away in the wrong direction. Still excited to get one. Had done pickup in store and it was ready when I got there. Good thing the family was not happy with the detour and wanted to be home. 4 hours from there to home in the rain. I was excited once we were home to check it out. The horror when I opened the box to find a Pocket 2 that was heavily used in the box. I was scammed and it was too late to call Best Buy. I had then read other people has similar stories with very different out comes. Some the store didn't believe them. Lucky for me I went to our local store when they opened. They were very helpful and was sharing my disgust on what happened. It was Geek Squad Certified and no clue how this slipped by. Hopeful they can track it back to the thief that screwed everyone. So lesson is to open and inspect any open box items. Still sad over the experience.

Widespread screen defect

Total rip off

Lost package no compensation
