I was interested in the tracking feature via wifi. now after owning it for 2 weeks I am not so impressed anymore. it has a small sensor so iso above 400 will be noisy but still usable upto 800. controlling the camera via wifi is nice with little lag initially. but after awhile it starts to lag. im. ot sure if its due to the camera heating up. still need to test this. I will update the review later on butfor now its a meh...

We've seen many users prefer the video quality of the Osmo Pocket over smartphones, but can still understand and appreciate your input. We are constantly developing and releasing firmware that improves everything from video quality to battery life so I'm sure we can expect Osmo Pocket to get even better in the near future.

I still tend to use my phone more often because I always forget to take this along with me. I guess if you’re not a vlogger or influencer then it’s better to invest in a better phone with lots of memory or it just becomes a hassle to turn on the device when you need to shoot short videos.
