I really thought I would love this product, but so far I have had an unpleasant experience. If I cannot get things resolved through DJI Product support, I will return the camera. Because I have a Samsung S7, I had to borrow my wife's Iphone to activate and download the update. She was not thrilled to add an app to her phone. Eventually, I got through the process. At one point I accidentally RESET the unit. It defaulted to Chinese language. A fairly quick trip on-line showed me how to get the language back to English. However, it appears that it also put the operating system back to the previous version, so the unit does not snap to the "storage position" when the camera is turned off and the firmware info in the camera shows a 1.something version. After buying the necessary adapter for my phone, I have tried to download and install the update again, but am not prompted that an update is available. I thought I would love this camera, but at this point, I do not.

Takes great pictures and when the gimble works, it works great. Unfortunately, I can’t get it to work right and it continues to go outta calibration. When I finally do get it to calibrate correctly, it works until I turn it off, then I’m back to the same issues.

I’m having issue with the viewfinder aka screen on it. It’s way to small to make a cinematic movies with it. You cannot scroll up or down meanwhile you’re recording. It does have great quality 4K recording it’s quick and and some times easy to use and it’s very pocketble. I will still buy it again, but I do prefer DJI mobile 2.

This camera seems to take nice pictures and I am hoping to get lots of use out of it.

Returned the pocket and all accessories. Didn’t meet my needs.

This is a great camera that will go where you go and ready for action

Just picked mine up yesterday after preordering. I watched as Many youtube videos I could. This thing is so small but powerful. I think the greatest thing is that there was a firmware release available that listened to beta testers. I love the fact now that you can hit the function button next to the record button and if you hit it once it changes from video to photo, if you quick tap twice it centers the gimbal and if you quick tap 3 times it turns the camera to selfie mode. The 120fps 1080 shooting mode is so cool too which was also part of the new firmware release. The only negative I have noticed so far is that the device can get very warm but it could be because I was testing all of the functionality back to back to back. Just for the compact size, carrying case, ability to use while charging, I would recommend. Gone are my days of chasing my kids around taking video with my phone and getting motion sickness watching the replays of the video. This is a game changer!!!

I really think this product is cool when you hear about it and sounds awesome but in order to use it best you have to plug it into your phone. My iPhone takes just as good as video if not betterz

Just wish the software on the camera allowed you to move the camera and gimble left and right without phone attached. Also wish audio inputs were on both sides and not just for selfie mode
