This camera is small , lightweight & takes awesome video. Mounts easily in my jeep, it gives true perspective when driving on a off camber, hilly trail.

I have been looking to own an action camera that will fit my purse and just be ready to shoot videos easily. The DJI Osmo Pocket was the answer I was looking for. It literally fits within the palm of my hands, turns on easily and is ready to be of use right away. Also, the settings are quite easy to understand (which I prefer) and it also fits right into my purse. I have yet to shoot a lot more videos to see if it does its job as advertised but so far, this isn’t disappointing at all for my first action camera.

I've used a lot of DJI equipment but on my latest trip to Hawaii I decided to take the leap with the OSMO Pocket. I'm so glad I did because it was the perfect size, battery life wasn't an issue, and because the gymbal isn't attached to my phone a lot of people weren't so bothered by my recording. I've noticed that with my other equipment that use my phone some people tend to stare and notice. I'm doing the same things I would with another gymbal at twice the discretion!

I watched a few videos before purchasing this camera and now that I own it and I can form my own opinion. Originally I got this for traveling but I’ve learned this camera is perfect for anything you wanna do whether it be with vlogging or shooting a cinematic film. With all the accessories coming out for it there’s almost nothing you can’t capture with this little thing. Digital stabilization is great but mechanical stabilization is always better. Looking forward to seeing what I create next.

Having the gimbal is awesome and it is very portable. 4K is great. Lots of function in a little package.

I brought this after returning my Osmo Mobile 3 and I couldn’t be happier. The size and quality is amazing. The only downside is how DJI nickel and dimes you with accessories, but you can buy them from the “The Big A” for decent prices. The most essential accessories should be included. Many complaints about this item in 2019 have been addressed with recent firmware updates, so look at recent reviews to make you decision about buying the Osmo Pocket.

I was skeptical at first on how this would compare to the original Osmo we bought a few years ago. But all I can say is it blows it away with ease and quality. The picture looks fantastic. The best thing that it upgrades is that you do not need a phone because it has a built in screen for easy start up. You can be up and shooting in 5 seconds literally. If you need a smooth glide cam look that the picture looks great outdoors and indoors with decent lighting. This is the device for you.

Amazing video capabilities in such a small package (honestly no larger then a pocket flashlight). 4K video - a fantastic gimbal to smooth out the video - time lapse capabilities - panoramic photos and much more. Unlike phone gimbals and setup times, this little device is ready to go in just a couple of seconds once turned on. If you are looking to advance beyond your phone's video capabilities - this is the purchase for you.

I bought this DJI osmo having gotten already the Osmo mobile gimbal, and I knew after, i wanted this item, because it's everything I wanted in reference to video recording at anytime and anywhere without having to bring in any bulky camera, or even a gopro camera that used to be the standard in small cameras. You're able to record in 4k and it stabilizes. For such a powerfully packed camera, you're paying for the technology to be able to bring the high quality camera in such a small package. There are many caveats for this camera. Being able to control the camera directions is not the easiest with the small screen to move it up and down. I recommend two things. 1. Buying the expansion set with the roller to control the direction better. 2. attach your osmo pocket to your phone where you can use the app to control. I highly recommend the expansion set as it gives you wifi to go the app wirelessly and the expansion controls. It's not perfect by itself, but having add ons makes this item truly amazing.

Fast setting up on the Osmo mobile 2. By far I the stablizer and quick to pull out And shot and put it back into your pocket without everyone staring at you to see what you are doing. I would buy another one for back up travel camera or get a big power bank to charge the power back up. If you like to shot and edit on the go with movie like shots then this is for you! also travel less with this thing with out bringing my whole camera setup.

This little camera is simply amazing. The quality of the pictures and 4K video is superb. I bought this camera to document my RV family trips but I started to use it for our wedding video business as well. Is perfect for B rolls and on the go shooting. Very easy to setup and and plenty of accessories from DJI or third parties available. For the price, this is a keeper!

We love this little camera. It's image quality is quite amazing, as I'm sure you've heard. The only negative I can say is that in this day and age it seems like Bluetooth should have been included. $60 just to add that functionality doesn't seem like that great of a deal, especially considering there's no option to connect the device directly to micro usb. They only include dongles for usb-c and lightning phones.

The two biggest selling points about the Osmo Pocket are the size and the 4k. As a gimbal it works well enough. You will see some bobbing when walking with it. The footage is decent given the price but you are locked at one focal length. There is no digital zoom or narrow focal length like with a GoPro. Low light will get the shot but you will see lots of noise from the high ISOs. All in all, a good compact option for travel and walking videos. Not waterproof. There’s promise of a waterproof case but it hasn’t been released yet.
