I have had a great tie with this thing so far. It is my first drone, and I can say learning on it is okay, while worrisome due to the price, but doable with small steps. Camera produces good 4k video, and the maneuverability is great. Good distance, but be prepared to research the firmware updating and it is a process for sure. I love it though, great drone.

I am really satisfied with this drone. I'm new to this and it was easy to set up and fly. Can't wait to take it out and get some aerial video.

I bought the Pro for video and camera work, for basic point and shoot style. I do not think the camera is as good as advertised. It doesn't like low light, and the 4k video is too much, I also had choppy recording because I think the included sd card isn't fast enough for write speeds. Proprietary battery that is 150.00 also limits you to how much you can actually use it, 1hr recharge isn't bad but it would be nice if they included two batteries or at least made them affordable.

This quality of the video (and pictures) this drone takes is absolutely worth it. My only complaint is that my computer has a hard time playing the 4K video, and YouTube automatically converts them to 1080 anyways. So if you're undecided maybe the phantom advanced with the 1080 footage over the 4K would be more appropriate. Overall great quality.

I am very happy with my decision to purchase this drone from Best Buy. I bought in online after reading reviews. Couldn't have been any easier. A few clicks and they had it ready for me at front desk after an email to notify me. Very easy to set up and fly. Controls are straight forward and simple to understand. Definitely recommend.

I fined the Yuneec a better quality product for the same money and the customer service for Yuneec can't be beat. They always have time and information to share with you.. The Phanton controller would be better if everything was included rather than go out an buy a phone or tablet. After spending big money then you have the additional expense of phone or tablet and the compatibility of other equipment.

I would recommend this product to anyone. Just wish Best Buy had more accessories for them in stock. Over all it's a great product!

The Phantom 3 is my first drone ever and it is super easy and super durable. I hit a tree, and it still works brand new. I love it.
