We researched this product before purchasing it. We watched you tube videos and saw some of the mistakes people made with drones. We chose this one because the sensors prevent the drone from hitting objects. We have been having a great time flying this drone.

Keeps crashing

Smooth operation

We were able to teach him to assemble and operate this easily. With just a week of practice, he took this to Africa on a hunting trip. Very happy with everything. Unit returned back to the states and he was a happy camper.

The fastest way
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a phantom 3 fast (for a trip), and up against the thanksgiving holiday madness...and Best Buy managed to make it all happen in about four business days. The only moment of panic is that the spare battery shipped separately and arrived about a day later.

Fun to fly, software is buggy

The problem is that the drone did not consistently connect to my phone, so I was flying blind. I used a Galaxy S7 Edge and a Galaxy Tab S2 and followed the instructions as well as tips online. Fun to fly, buggy software.
