This is a fantastic drone, very easy and safe to fly and it has a great camera. You just have to follow the instruction and see some youtube videos and fly and enjoy your drone. However, despite being easy to fly it is a professional drone, you can make excellent videos and edit them like a professional. Until this day there is no drone with a range greater than DJI 3 Pro. I've flown my drone 1 mile range and 700 ft high. You must know how set-up the drone, and you will fly the DJI 3 Pro well and safe.

This was a nightmare! I could not get it up in the air, had to take it back to store. Would have been nice to use in a video but no one could get it up in the air.

I was disappointed with this product. It is bulky and not convenient to travel with. It is difficult to us because you have to constantly be holding it and managing it so use during action activities are not always possible. Most importantly, at times it would not work and insisted it needed to be recalibrated even after multiple attempts. Unfortunately we spent two weeks on vacation and when we returned we could not return it because there is only a 15 day return period!

I love this drone, The reason it is only 3 stars is the fact that every accessories, such as batteries or a case or propellers are just way over priced because there aren't that many available. But the Drone itself its perfect, control is very easy, great for beginners, very stable in flight, it is very agile and can do fast maneuvers with out compromising battery life.

This is incredible! Before this, I had flown smaller, cheaper quadcopters. While I am glad that I had the handling skills down and understood the controls, the DJI 3 is a dream to fly because it hovers in place making take-off and landing extremely easy. It has an auto mode to assist in taking off and landing until you are fully proficient. The video capture is stunning and makes excellent aerial photography. A word of warning, this is NOT A TOY. You can severely injure yourself or someone. You need a large open space, suitable flying conditions and keep it lower than 500 feet altitude.

I am so upset and disappointed because it was defective as soon as I took it off the box. What can I expect?

I update software and won't work, I call 4 times for help the only help i got is a reference to download the software that won't work, now The Phantom 3 pro is no longer in production, I use it 3 time only because it never work.

Flew once. Firmware update Droin does not work. Hours of research no luck. If my 14 day return wasn't past I would return. My husband was out of town and when he came home this happened. Not happy at all with this product that we can not use or return.

Instructions are a little complex. Cannot view a video that was shot in MP4.

Have enjoyed this unit, firmware updates are a nuisance.

This is drone has the longest range, highest resolution, most stable pictures and video, incredible FPV, takes off/lands/returns to home on it's own, and is about as dummy proof as one gets.

I just bought one and has a phenomenal camera and free downloadable I-Pad app. Extremely easy to fly and great tech support.

I have purchased mini drones in the past and they fly all over the place and if you are are not careful they could turn you off to drone flying. I was deciding between the pro version and the advanced and decided on the profession version. Couple of hundred dollar between the two you might as well spend the extra and get the best. It is well worth the money to get the profession version. The GPS precision of the Quad Copter is awesome. If you can afford this I would suggest it for beginners. This is so easy to fly and there are many features available so that the advanced user does not get bored. Read the directions before flying because you do not want a fly away or damage right out of the box. I am sure there are other copters out that just as good or even better but this one sold me on quad copters. I would suggest you get this on sale. I got a 10% movers coupon and used it during my purchase. Got a free DJI drone backpack with this purchase. Used my AMEX and got more $ off by trading in my point. When I get my BestBuy points from this purchase I will purchase a additional battery. Love it.

Where to start with this new toy. Easy to operate, with watching and taking the time to follow the guidelines and rules. Cant get enough of this drone! Buy an extra battery. depending on different flight factors batt life last around 20-30 mins. Overall great easy fun! Wish it had night vision.

I read all the reviews, watched dozens of video's, and asked a lot of questions before I pilled the trigger on the Phantom 3 Pro. And I'm so glad I did. This quad is awesome. Easy to fly and the pic's & video's made by this thing are so crisp and clear. Plus it is so much fun to use. My only regret is not buying sooner.

I purchased this drone to fly around my property and also to assist with some marketing for a company I work for. The video quality is out of this world and it is quite easy to fly. I accidentally crashed it though so I have to buy a new one......But it was a no brainer to want to purchase again as it was my fault anyway.

Not a toy and NOT for small kids. Amazing photo/video quality. Remarkable flight technology. Gimbel provides stability even in gusty winds. Poor customer service, poor documentation. Be sure to get snap-on propguards and a gimbal guard & learn from others and from Youtube videos. That will save you a lot of heartache. Be sure to calibrate before you fly.

The Phantom 3 was real easy to fly, and I was a first timer!

I did a bunch of research and comparisons on drones before deciding on the DJI Professional and am glad I did. It comes ready to fly straight out the box and is so much fun. The performance is by far superior to the previous versions and similar competitor models. It handles extremely well and the 4K video is stunning. It was definitely worth the extra money to get the upgraded camera. The DJI Go app is very user friendly and easy to read. I have been averaging just under 20 minutes of flight time with 15+ minutes of 4k video recording. I would recommend getting a bigger/better memory card and protective case. Highly recommend this drone to beginners or experienced drone pilots.

What a great drone. Easy to fly. First flight today 15 to 20 mph wind no problem. Unbelievable drone thanks dji great job !!!
