This was purchased as a gift. Updating firmware can be tricky. Fun toy and quality seems good. Battery doesn't last more than about 20 minutes so you will want to have an extra one.

I bought this drone back in December. I actually had to return the first one because of a firmware issue. Best buy took it back after 14 days without any issue. The second drone updated without issue and works great. Shoots HD video right out of the box.

Was just browsing around one day and there it was sitting on a shelf in my local best buy. Excellent drone. Fun to fly and takes great videos as well as pic's! Worth the money. Cant go wrong on this buy.

I love this drone!! Easy to fly, easy to handle, takes great pictures and videos! Flies out to 3.1 miles! (I've never took out that far yet) All around best purchase I've made in a long time

I've been seeing these toys coming out more and more I checked out many of them . I ended up getting this DJI because it had everything with it. Where others you had to buy extra parts to make it do the same thing at a bigger cost. I enjoy flying this it flies very easy and it does Great photos and video

This would be my first QuadCopter, I've always wanted one being that it is my first I wanted to get the best one out there.

Ready to fly right out the box just spin the propellers in. GPS based very stable even in windy condition. Recommend watching DJI's tutorials before flying.

I have several DJI products since 2012 and this company and its phantom 3 product rocks. Just remember one thing, keep reviewing any new Firmware and Go App via the DJI website and you will be fine. Very important tip. As of today, my phantom 3 Pro is 100% solid and flys very well, always calibrate the IMU and Compass and read the user manual on this IMU and other preflight recommendations and you will have fun flying!

Well made. Easy set up. Easy to fly and use the camera. Needs tablet with wifi access to download google maps. Download the user manual from the DJI web site for more info on product.

This drone and camera are incredible. Though, expensive, the quality of the product and video are off the charts. Not for a first time drone flyer, but a great choice for someone looking for high quality and incredible fun.

Very easy to learn and understand how to fly. Never flown a drone before was up an flying in about 2 hours with no problem.

This Phantom is everything it promises and more! You can even have it follow you when driving and have it circle around you (which I didn't know when I bought). It's pretty amazing overall and the video quality is great!

DJI is the industry standard to quadcopters. I have owned a few and none compare to the quality and feature richness of DJI. The Standard to the high end models from DJI are absolutely the best. This model I have been using now for over a month ands cannot believe how crisp the videos are. The gimbal is superb and the app is very informative of the heading speed hieght. The remote on this model has so many features that are actually useful I cannot list them all but the C1 and C2 button are amazingly useful. I would highly recommend this multi rotor copter to anyone over any other brand.

I love this.drone. Dji is hands down the best on the market. Constant updates to the Dji go app make flying safer and more enjoyable all the time. Excellent video quality from the 4K camera. I would suggest a 64gb memory card and a spare battery or 2 to keep flying and filming longer. I can easily get a mile range from the controller to the drone if I am in a rural area. In areas with a lot of RF interfearence range of around 1500 ft which is still pretty great. I would definitely recommend buying a Dji if you are in the market for a new drone. Get the pro, the 4K camera is worth it.

This QuadCopter is AMAZING!!! Considering I haven't had to call DJI yet which is the biggest complaint people have. The internet is a great place for information. The Phantom Pro is so easy to fly and so stable it's unreal. The photos and videos are like nothing I've ever seen. If its in ur budget and ur looking for the best of the best get it!!!! Nothing else will give u equal quality and distance.

The Phantom 3 Professional contains an amazing 4K video camera with 12MB still photos. The quality of the footage is amazing thanks to the technology involved in this drone. From fail safe mode, do follow me and other features. Easy to learn and well recommended.

Easy to use, works right out of the box. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn aerial photography.

Very useful for agricultural purposes. I've been able to get it out past 2 miles. The battery lasts about 30min depending on the wind. My max speed so far is 39mph with DJI carbon fiber blades.

This is an awesome drone very easy to fly and best of all enjoyable to fly. The initial startup was not very smooth mostly on the software getting the app loaded then getting the controller and drone up to date. Once that was completed works great.

I am new to drone field. Drone/camera very high quality - easy to fly. Lens is wide angle - need zoom for my work. Lots of online documentation, but not comprehensive; e.g. no good documentation on DJI Go app. Having trouble playing back video downloaded to my computer - may be my problem. Online support is quick and responsive.
