He loves it. It is fairly easy to figure out once you download the directions app for the drone. The video is so steady. It is going to be a fun addition to our summer activities.

This was my first drone p3pro . I'm a beginner. It came with another free battery, bought it for 800. I use it every week to capture some amazing views. There is easy updating to do before even flying it takes about 20mins then you can fly it. Just be carful when you fly it (if you hold down on controller for it to decrease its height, it will turn off in mid flight). I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I was skeptical about purchasing a P3P because of all the reviews, but decided to buy it. I had one problem with updating the firmware for the RC, but was able to get the problem resolved with help from the DJI chat customer service. Definitely a great product.

So I was looking to venture in to the Drone world and was debating between this one, the newer model and the Typhoon. I have to say that piloting was very easy. If you stay in the beginner mode, there is little to no way possible to screw this up with the auto-takeoff and landing functions. The GPS and NAV systems are very accurate, but I was a little leary of letting it travel out of my sight and then attempting to return. This was partially due to potential obstructions and airspace (military nearby) restrictions. Now for the three stars.....Even in calm winds the video was choppy on playback. It just didn't provide the fluid motion I would expect for a 1000.00 product. BestBuy had the best price on this item, but needless to say I decided to return it due to the dissatisfaction with the video quality. Huge pro: No hassle return at my local BBuy store!

with all the youtube videos online you can get your drone up in the air and flying within minutes. Its very user friendly.

I flew many mini and micro drone in the past that don't have any computer stabilization in the past. (and I broke a bunch of them) This drone was scary for the first time to fly because it was such an impressive machine. I was so relieved to find out that it almost flies itself. This is the most awesome drone ever!

Given as a gift to my husband. He is thrilled with the quality of the product. The video and pictures are outstanding.

Great product but I wish I would have waited a couple weeks, other places offered a free backpack with the Quad

This device is nothing but awesome. The camera is great, the distant is nice.

The 4K camera and gimbal quality is excellent. Add a windsurfer antenna mod and the distance is incredible!

Second Phantom I have bought. Easy to get started flying. Would recommend adding filters for the camera.

This was my first full size drone. I've had smaller "palm sized" drone but they were anything but fun to fly. I love the way the p3 pro flies and hovers automatically. It has great range even in the congested neighborhoods of california. Pitcure quality is great but the lag when videoing on 4k is annoying, but tune it down a little and its fine.

I am an advanced RC flyer/pilot and have been flying everything up to jets for 25 years. I'm also a licensed full scale pilot. I wanted a great and affordable video and still platform with controls. This is the best there is out there for the money. Period.

The connection got lost somehow and the drone fell out of the sky That is a problem which they need to figure out and fix.

Just charge the batteries, download the ap to your I Pad and connect to controller, then proceed to the beginner mode and enjoy!!
