If you are in the market for a drone this is the perfect time for the phantom 3 standard. Priced under $500 is a great deal. May not have 4k but it's 2.7k is just right for most people unless all your TV and video capable devices are 4k. Is very easy to fly, battery will last about 20-25 minutes depending on the conditions. I was out there with my son for about 20 minutes in very windy conditions and it flew great and stady we were very impressed

I have used less expensive drones and more pricier ones. The phantom 3 gives you a great product for minimal investment. Easy to use, and qualtiy pictures!

This is the 3rd quadcopter I have purchased. By far the best drone and the easiest to fly. The only difficulty I encountered was getting the DJI Go application to work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. A little searching on the internet and I found how to enable the USB "Developer Options" menu and then set the USB Configuration to "RNDIS (USB Ethernet).

Phantom 3 is easy to fly and takes great pictures and video. Buy it unless u can afford the phantom 4.

I researched many different drones before deciding on the Phantom 3. I spend 2 to 3 weeks in Canada each year and wanted to be able to video and take photos from above of the fishing areas as well as on the portages we take. After a few test runs this is going to be perfect to capture the work we endure to get to the lakes where the Walleyes are almost jumping into your boat. Love the video quality as well as the photos.

Drone was for my 16 yr. old grandson. He LOVES it. It's easy to learn to fly, takes great photos.

I gave this chopper as a gift. What I heard they are happy with the performance. They had to learned first how to operate it. It took a little time but I know it is flying now. Good product

This is a great deal, the picture quality is very good. Unit is easy to fly and will land itself!!!

Very fun drone for the price, some toy drones that can't do half of what this product is capable of are priced right up there definitely recommend.

I purchased for someone for Xmas and they loved it. But just last month it was an update that caused the phantom not to work properly and was advised by the warranty company that I had to pay $172 for something and being that he loves his phantom I payed the money but overall he loves the viewing and it's really cool when you're looking at the videos you make on the computer. Great to buy, get one if you don't have one.

If you're wanting to get into being part of the drone community, and don't know where to start. This is a great first choice! I'd recommend this for most beginners as long as they are serious. It takes beautiful pictures even with it not being 4K. NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE FAA!

Very easy to fly but the gimbal is sensitive to hard landings. It stays stable inhigher winds while in flight and let’s even the beginner get great pictures. A good drone to cut your teeth on especially when you select beginner mode.

First flight was easy. Camera is great. I highly recommend this for any first time drone buyer.

Lack of information. It is taking many trips to the companies website and forum to find answer that should be in a manual.
