Bought this for my son and for price and capabilities it was a good purchase.

Works very well, easy to fly, even for beginners. Takes great video and photos.

Good controls. Lots of flexibility. Perfect Speed and awesome picture quality.

This was purchased as a present for my father, who needed his cheapo drone replaced. He was upset that many drones didn't have enough flight time - but not this one! This was averages 20-25 minutes. He also really enjoys the camera feature and live stream. Many of the accessories for DJI are pretty nicely priced, which means he can change things out throughout the time he has it.

Great unit standard is just fine for the intermediate to moderate user

After the phantom brushed my house, crashed and bent the gimbal, I realized I hadn't fully thought through the financial commitment of this hobby. Fair or not that's why I gave 4/5. However, this realization did give me the confidence to attack the gimbal with pliers to bend it back. Buy it, fearlessly enjoy it and be ready to continue to fund that enjoyment.

I looked at several stores before finally making my purchase at Best Buy. I initially tried to purchase this online but I had an issue with the advertised price now showing up in the cart! Went to the local store where they helped me to get the price from the ad, no questions asked!

I have only had experience flying little drones that were $60 and under. This thing almost flies itself. I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in to photography. I also would recommend getting insurance. I haven't needed it but I do think it's worth it.

This is my first drone & I love it! Took a bit to get the software setup. I had to call tech support 2 times & they were somewhat helpful. One I got it flying though it has been a blast to fly and then watch the videos on my Samsung TV right after recording! Great video as well.

I originally purchased a cheaper drone, however after reading reviews and talking to an associate, I went with this one. I am more than pleased! The camera is amazing! very small learning curve, and this thing moves! Very sturdy, and well built! I am definitely getting another!

i loved it sure theirs better gadgets out there but this was awesome for my self as a beginner.

Very easy to use just wish the battery lasted a little bit longer.

My son and I have flown this drone 20 times since unboxing about a week ago. After reading the instruction and watching some videos, setup was easy and the flights have been terrific. The drone stability is exceptional and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Battery does not last long but overall a great beginner product.

DJI - Phantom 3 is very easy to operate for first time user.
