Spend the extra couple hundred dollars and get the advanced. The remote is big and bulky and taking pictures is complicated. Camera and video quality is great but still not worth the price.

I brought this for a birthday gift for my husband. He's had several but nothing compares to the Phantom, he loves all the features, he's in love with his new toy.

I love flying this drone in the local park. I've tried the return to home several times and it best to set the return home after take off. I'm very satisfied.

It has all the bells and whistles you need in a drone. It has pretty good distance as well. If you need more you can buy signal boosters online for cheap and get 5xs the distance off then for less than a advanced drone upgrade

Did not read any reviews on this copter. Went into store after reviewing another copter. Sales person was excellent. He suggested that I buy this one instead and gave many reasons why. They all made sense to me so got this one.

This is the best quality drone I have owned so far. DJI IS the standard for professional drones. Solid build and app. Originally priced at $800, its a great value.

I love the ease of use, it is great for beginners, a lot more stable than a "toy" quadcopter. Very easy to set up and start flying pretty much out of the box!

I would recommend to anyone, even beginners. Its so easy to fly them. and battery life is awesome. Only downside i would say is the price but its worth it

This item was very expensive but it was worth every penny! The footage you get off of the drone is amazing! Only thing is wish there was more battery life

This was a present for my brother for Christmas - and he loved it! Best Buy honored a price match from another store - so I got it for a good price..

So far it has been a great starter Drone. I wish the instructions were a little easier to find online. But it maybe my son and I are just beginners.

I've been using the beginner mode with a few issues - The camera to video mode is confusing and not easy to switch - When I pressed the return button was expecting the drone to do just that, return from where it took off. Instead it landed straight down missing the target by many feet. Overall the firmware is difficult and confusing to use especially for a beginner. Would not recommend this to a friend - Look for something that has a smooth software integration with the user.

I bought this to get into higher end drones and I have my FAA commercial licence now. I still use this drone for my business.

I bought this drone as a christmas gift for my son. He was very excited. Have not flown it yet due to the weather. Maybe next week will cooperate.
