    Bought this a year ago almost to the day. Worked great for exactly one year. DJI released a firmware update and upon installing it. The drone crashed and DJI said... well too bad, out of warranty. Their firmware update caused my drone to loose connection and crash. Highly upset, reported to DJI and they basically said. SOL. Pay us and will we fix it. This is insane... I spent almost $900 with everything... and the only two mistakes I made was 1? Buying this DJI product & 2 installing their firmware update. Never again and probably won't be coming back to best buy. Horrible service and treated like I OWE them money for calling for help. Never again DJI or BestBuy... never again.
