Easy fly, easy to use and very good quality on video

Very good drone. Lots of features and an amazing camera.

This is by far the best drone out there for consumers! really good camera quality! but one downside.. DJI (the manufacturer) has HORRIBLE customer service!!! please think twice before you buy from them, because if anything goes wrong, they wont have your back.

The Phantom 4 is an excellent product. The semi-autonomous features of this drone are great safe-guards for first time pilots. The camera has an unmatched quality from great distances. Beware of flying without GPS signal. Without GPS, the drone cannot stabilze or maintain a hovering location. It will drift very quickly towards the nearest immovable object and inevitably crash...

I researched drones extinsivley on the internet before deciding on the Phantom 4. And it's been everything I had hoped it would be. Easy to fly, precision made, and durable. Best Buy was competitive on price in every way. Purchased 2 extra batteries, 128 gig extra memory card, and extra propellers. Very satisfied!

I love this drone. I have flown R/C airplanes, helicopters, and other drones and this is the easiest of all of them. It is so nice to be able to let go of the sticks and have it hover instead of fall out of the sky. It really makes it easy to plan your photos. And, the black makes it easier to see in the air.

When I decided to get a drone I did extensive research. There's a lot of them to choose from so it took days of watching YouTube video to break down which was the top of the line. The DJI PHANTOM 4 is Hands Down the best drone available right now and easy to use. If mine broke today I'd buy another one tonight!

This is my first drone and there is a lot to wrap your head around. First thing, buy the insurance (DJI care) as soon as you get home. If you wait you'll have to do a flight video and wait to get approved. The P4 is has been a stable platform and a good unit to learn with. There are a large number of videos available from DJI and YouTube, watch as many as you can before you buy. There is a large amount of information to understand before using the drone. The control software is very information dense and can be overwhelming if you haven't take some time to understand all of it. Take a look at the Litchi app for this drone. The DJI go works well but I find the Litchi app is more initiative and better for in flight changes. If your an android user, Litchi does screen record while in flight.

I love this drone. Shoots great video. The battery lasts about 23 minutes or so on average. I had a couple problems with my first one but Best Buy did a quick exchange and I was back in action. The Phantom 4 has several advanced features that make it very user friendly. I would highly recommend this product.

Took two yo get one that worked, easy to fly, its allot of money and the price dropped 100 right after l got it

I read a review on a drone I went out and bought it the Drone is very good customer service on the other hand it's not too great had an issue with the battery call the company several times never got it resolved I resolved it on my own drone is good but I would never buy a DJI drone again

The Phantom 4 is incredible and the sensors on make it dodge anything in its path so it doesn't crash and even better it will fly back on its own before the battery dies. Takes great photos and videos and by far very advanced technology for today, so be sure you read all instructions and watch the videos provided. The only issue we had, the first Phantom 4, the battery was dead, was able to exchange at local store for a new one.
