Great drone easy to fly. Battery's do not last as long as DJI advertises. They last around 20 min.

Great drone for beginners and professionals. Very easy to fly, just make sure to download all firmware before your first flight. Fly in open areas until more experienced. Video footage was wonderful, editing software could use more updates and options, but there are other options for that.

I've owned multiple UAVs / Drones in the past, but this is my first DJI product. The last two were yuneec Q500s (including the 4k). I was nervous about DJI, from reading forums and hearing support issues, but so far, I have been very pleased with the features, flight time, and video quality.

I couldn't be happier with this drone! I had never flown a drone before and the beginner feature, along with the anti-collision feature, gave me the confidence to soar (literally)! I am now flying with confidence and the video quality is amazing! I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I was able to fly the drone right out of the box without any difficulty. I do not have any drone flying experience. The return to home function works well. I live within five miles of our airport so I need to call the tower before I fly. They have been very accommodating and friendly.

Upgraded to this from a Phantom 2. Completely different user experience. Had lots of frustration with the 2 and getting it to stay connected and good video preview with my phone. No issues with this one. Video is nice, love that it has D-log, but the cinematic style looks nice too

Item and all components were packaged carefully and all items worked as they were supposed to. We had purchased one online with some extra itmes, but neither battery worked, so had to pack it up and pay to ship it all back. All good with this local Best Buy, stocked product.

After reading lots of reviews and watching plenty of YouTube videos, I decided this was the drone I wanted. Charged it up and it flew fine. Easy to learn, but I would still take it slow. Start out in a large open field One issue is that it needs a tablet with a fast processor. (You need a smartphone or tablet to run free software). An old tablet won't work. The new pro version apparently does come with a screen.

I have had this for a month and fly almost daily. It has so many built in tech features that it very stable and enjoyable to fly. The gimbal and camera let me capture great photos and video. The results look kind of professional to me. Glad I made this purchase. It is lots of fun.

This was purchased as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He said it was the best gift he has ever received. The clarity of the pictures is great. We purchased an IPAD to stream on as the other tablets just did not stream fast enough. Overall a great buy!!

This guy is the one to own. Easy to fly, front sensors so you can't run into objects. Track fly. You name it. Love this thing. Highly recommend it. Had a couple drones before and they were like trying to launch a NASA spaceship into outer space. This one, super simple and quick.

This Drone is absolutely fantastic. It does everything as advertised and more. To get the maximum distance you need to have an area without a lot of interference, but having the antennas set as advertised makes a big difference. The camera shots and videos are excellent quality.

Bought this drone a couple a months a go. Have had no problems in setting it up and flying it. This is my first drone and the ease at which you can quickly adapt to the controls is great. Just make sure you read the manuals and watch some youtube videos to get you started.

The Phantom 4 is my first drone. I purchased it for both me and my two grandsons (12 & 14). Of course they could fly it but I found it easy to fly also. Most of everything I read was correct and all the technical spec on the Best Buy site were correct. I love this drone.

After considering a selection of drones, I decided to go with the Phantom 4. Honestly it was the best decision. Not only does the drone look amazing, it has some great features. The stability of the camera is great and opens new ways to record. Definitely recommend.

I wish I would have bought this one first I would have saved thousands of dollars on all the stupid little drones I brought that do not compare to the Phantom 4. Nearly flies itself. Do not hesitate, if you are thinking about it, do it! You will not be disappointed! T-

Lots of capability here--great drone that has the fool-proof reliability you'd expect from DJI. Video and stills look great, and FPV feed lag is almost non-existent. Usually get about 28min of flight time per battery charge. If you're using an iPad with it, the bracket on the control JUST fits it...if your iPad is in any sort of a case, plan on taking it out of the case to use with the controller.

This is by far the best drone I have ever purchased. Many features for the price. Not overly complicated, even a beginner would be ok with this drone. Battery time varies greatly depending on conditions but I'm averaging about 22 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I would say don't ever fly in your house. If you want something that takes amazing video and pictures this is it. It practically flys itself. Gps makes this unstoppable. I flew it in a wind storm and it did what it was told. If you want a good drone. This is it

. This my second UAV ........first one was a Blade...entry level....then the Phantom 4 ....all I can say is WOW. DJI outdid themselves on this one....many features that provide stunning video and stills. Many awesome safety features assure a worry free experience.
